Have you read the two page document in which the Republican led HJC specified the rights and privileges of president Clinton during his impeachment proceedings. He was afforded every courtesy, every right under due process, every privilege, and every opportunity to present his defense that is given to any American citizen accused of a crime. That included his right to confront his accusers and to investigate their allegations, and to know the specific charges against him, his right to call his own witnesses in both HJC inquiries and during senate trial, his right to investigate the background and depositions of hostile witnesses and for his defense attorney to cross examine them both during House inquiry and during senate trial, his right to discovery materials (which is all documentation CLASSIFIED or not, witness lists, and materials generated by the authorities filing the charge and prosecuting them, i.e., the House inquiry and the senate trial.)

To be succinct, due process in Bill Clinton's impeachment began the instant the charges were filed against him. His right to defense began then, not when the Articles were submitted to the senate.

Moreover, the American people were kept well informed of the entire proceedings. Every step of the way, we were given all the details. We have the right to know what our government is doing in such a high profile event.

The maniacs in the HOR are denying President Trump, his staff, his attorneys, VP Pence and We the People our constitutional and legal rights.
