so trump is trembling in his boots and willing to let are Kurdish allies die by the truck load and ISIS return to keep the attention away from his own misdeeds and law braking..

This will be the second time the republicans have left the Kurd hanging out to die after promising otherwise..

bush the elder and now trump the nothing..

Shortly we will have no allies in the world willing to pound the ground for our interests..

More of trumps so called accomplishments..

Behind closed doors? With only the committee chairman having the right to post what is said in the inquiry. That makes it a kangaroo court by any means. Schiff, just like before, when shifty Schiff walked out of the committee room and then things were suddenly posted in the news, that hadn't been approved by the committee. I don't believe Trump ever promised such a thing, as to stay in those areas for ever. That was all Bush and Obama. Another flash for you, our Congress never authorized for any war to be fought. All of these have been military engagements without any end in sight. It should be the responsibility of those countries in the regions where there is trouble, then help for a short time, if asked. There has been too much blood shed by our troops, for the profiteers of war. We have very few rue allies of any consequence, except for England, Australia and Israel. Most of the other countries in the U. N. are not our friends.

all the committee addressing issues seem to operate the same way..

and when the committee has reached a decision, then it would go to the full congress and be addressed by the full body..

That isn't the way the Republicans had an honest impeachment inquiry done. They had a vote by all House members to have an impeachment before ever starting an investigation. They gave Clinton the right to question those charges that were leveled against him and be able to bring witness's to support him, which has been standard procedure in this country for centuries, in criminal investigations. Seems to me it has to be the way of the illegal witch hunt by the Dems and to heck with established precedent.

Lou, I have no idea how Clinton impeachment was run, I did not pay any attention to it at all..

I do know that Starr spent 4 years trying to find a charge.. from 1994 to 1998..

But I am strong in feeling that getting a blow job and lying about it is a lot less a threat to national security than used governments of other nations to work on the election results..

But now as a bored old buy, politics is an interesting pass time..

Any look at the basic non values of the guy who at the moment sits in the white house will show that he is the personification of what we should never allow to come within a mile of of any use of national power..

His own words have announced his crimes. now it is only finding out if the congress has the fortitude to charge him..

the senate will never remove him, so the election has to be the end of him or of the country. one or the other..

These are the charges Clinton was found to be charged with the special counsel. Willfully provided perjuries, false and misleading testimony to the grand jury and make corrupt testimony of witness's. I think there were seven charges made against him in total. That is why he lost his license to practice law. I do agree with you on one point and that is the Senate will never remove him from office and then he will the election.
