Wowzer Roy boi, where do I start? Who on the "right is advocating " more GUN CONTROL" Your statement about libbys possessing more guns than the right is borderline ignorant and a fallacy. We are prepared.

However, I do agree with your post, in the fact no one will take my guns and I don't give a shit what the politicians do.

FYI...I didn't need to buy more guns and ammo, because I have enough and I know how to store it......I have boat load..hopefully you do to.

Thank GOD for the NRA, they are the ones protecting our 2nd Amendment rights, and if you don't realize that, there is no hope for you!!!

I shall await Coos's libby response because he is a supposed gun owner, but in reality, a gun grabber~

Watch it with the "libby response" and "gungrabber" label. I am for solutions that can be reached through debate and compromise. You may just be someone who wants absolutely zero controls and no intention of compromise. When your child is holed up some where hiding from a mass killer and staying in contact with you over the phone during the ordeal it does dawn on you that something needs to be done. My daughter went through the Clackamas mall shooting.

As a member of the NRA, I can tell you that they have no affiliation with any foreign country.

All you are is veil, you have no saving graces.

Apologies coos for not responding sooner, but I don't hang on OPP 24/7. I'm profoundly sorry for referring to you as a "libby gun grabber", because if you aren't, please except my apology. All I have to go by is some of your previous posts.

Just exactly what are your solutions through "debate and compromise"? Oh wait, I think I know, Universal background checks (which I agree with) although unenforceable, 'red flag laws', (which I don't for a myriad of reasons), or banning scary looking black semi-autos.

If memory serves, didn't Slick Willie outlaw the scary looking black rifles back in the 90's? And to what effect?

'Absolutely zero control'? Come on coos. With ten thousand gun control laws on the books throughout the nation; Fed, City, State, County & Municipality, I'm sure one or more of them were violated by the criminal shooters.

Nice heart wrenching lib reference to my children 'holed up' hiding from a mass shooter, which is what you folks do to make a point, and I am indeed sincerely sorry your daughter experienced a mass shooting. BTW, is the Clackamas mall a 'GUN FREE ZONE'? Just curious~

Gun grabbers know no compromise, will not consider any compromise, except by gun owners.

You want expanded background checks, great expand them to include ALL prohibited persons.

Follow the SCOTUS ruling and PAY the states to upload data on ALL prohibited persons.

We did compromise on the NCIS instant National background checks, you reneged on implementation.

Right now all we have is a car with no wheels, your fix is to get a bigger engine.

Nah, no hero complex for me, as it was done when I was discharged from the Marine Corps in 67'. I'll leave that up to hero's like John Kerry, Richard Blumenthal & Nathan Phillips. No power for me for 'packing' coos, just being pragmatic considering today,s PC society and my refusal to be a victim.....

Have a nice day~

Exactly..not very many people know that I carry.

And they won't unless there's a need.

My brother owns Bishop towing in Biggs. Every one of his trucks has a concealed weapon. I have friends who ride bicycles cross country and they carry. Farmers I know have rifles handy for predators. Myself I am known to keep a rifle or shotgun in my truck during hunting season or when target shooting.

Right on. There's absolutely nothing wrong with law abiding citizens in possession of firearms...for many reasons.

A firearm is just a tool.

I know a guy who carries a 1-1/4 end wrench in his door panel.

Says it'll fit even a bigger nut...if need be.

We weren't allowed to carry a gun in our 18 wheeler so we carried a long sharp fish fillet knife.

Yes and it sure could fillet those fish.
I also bought my husband something called a fish whacker. It looked like a small baseball bat.
I carried it on the swamper side of the truck.
The only trouble I ever had was a lot lizard pounding on the truck door
I told her I sure as h don't need any.
Later she came back.
I had to get tacky.
