Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation, stating if he were not president he would be CHARGED with obstruction of justice and other charges. His seat is keeping him safe for now, as he is PROTECTED under AG and his appointed SCJ's and the senate who will NOT do the right thing. There loyalty to Trump and party goes above OUR COUNTRY. That's what has happened to the GOP~RIP they're over.

Mueller's entire report is not credible. Mueller failed and the report is firing back on the kommiecrats.

The obstruction argument is getting old. He was innocent of the "crime" they were investigating. Trump did not stop the investigation although he wanted to, but wanting to isn't illegal, esp since he turned out to be innocent which KNEW intimately. His executive orders have been challenged in court. Some have stood. Some not. That is business as usual for ALL presidents.

It has also been ruled to NOT violating the emoluments issue.

Exactly, nowhere in the Constitution does it limit immigration or make it illegal. In fact, just the opposite, Article I, Section 9, Clause 1:
The Migration or Importation of such Persons as any of the States now existing shall think proper to admit, shall not be prohibited by the Congress prior to the Year one thousand eight hundred and eight, but a Tax or duty may be imposed on such Importation, not exceeding ten dollars for each Person.
