You know what else is legal. Trump can invade California and use you to do it. If you don't he can try you under a military court for desertion. Since I doughty you own a bb gun let alone an up to date military weapon or the rounds necessary to go into battle you would be done before you got started. Looks like Leavenworth for you.

I would assume that it might be legal if all people running for any office were required topost their entire tax returns, otherwise I doubt that it would be legal, but that would not matter to the progressives, so would be a mute point.

I see Murtaugh said "states cannot add requirements to presidential candidates' qualifications for running."

"The Constitution is clear on the qualifications for someone to serve as president and states cannot add additional requirements on their own," he said. "The bill also violates the 1st Amendment right of association since California can't tell political parties which candidates their members can or cannot vote for in a primary election."

But that's not what they've done, they didn't set new requirements to be president, they set a requirement to be on the ballad. I think they got this.

Where is it written that a state can impose stricter requirements for a candidate to get on the ballot than the requirements needed for the office he or she is seeking?

Under the federal Constitution. If you argue against that, you also must argue against sanctuary cities.

Just will not quit.
