I would assume that it might be legal if all people running for any office were required topost their entire tax returns, otherwise I doubt that it would be legal, but that would not matter to the progressives, so would be a mute point.

Court will decide this.states cannot make up their own rules in a federal e******n.

Trump will have the Supreme Court of the us rule on that before the 2020 e******ns do they better have two sets of b****ts printed up before e******n time. One with Trump on it and one without Trump on it and then wait for the ruling of the ruling.

No. It’s not. It’s entirely unconstitutional for a single state to unilaterally add, change, or subtract to/from the eligibility requirements for POTUS and/or VPOTUS, or any part of the Constitution. It would require an amendment to the constitution. Even the clown Jerry Brown recognized this back in 2017 when he vetoed a similar bill. This bill was passed by a straight party line by California’s constitutionally ignorant democrat party. And IF.. if this somehow miraculously passes constitutional muster (it won’t) it has no bearing on write in contenders. So there’s already a built in way around this absurdity. Additionally, it violates the first amendment. This bill is as good as dead.

Common sense, something some of us are void believe rule of law is something you can make up along the way. So when will the invasion of this lawless state begin. Their acts of defiance to law have reached unconstitutional levels. These tyrants have subjective the people of this state to violating their basic human rights since the mid 70's. It doesn't matter if the people of this state are to stupid to know what their rights are. It's up to the rest of us with double digit IQ's to set this state and the record straight.
