Thanks to the complete ineptitude of potatohead and his brainless conservative republican in the senate and house, the usual trump lies about controlling medical costs are once again proven to be just that...lies.

No wonder democrats are making significant gains promoting a medicare for all plan.

Why is potatohead and conservatives so against American citizens with severe, chronic medical conditions?

I think it's because the Democrats are trying to win the next election because there is no way to pay for the free health care they promise. But I DO agree that medicines cost too much in America. My wife has a terminal disease and MUST have 2 infusions each week for the rest of her life to live. One costs $5,000 each month, and the other is $18,000 each month. That's $23,000 for just 2 medicines...EVERY MONTH! However, in the UK where healthcare is universal, these medicines are not paid for and the people who had the same disease have died or will die.
My wife has a severe, chronic, and terminal medical condition, but IS able to live in this country but would die in the UK. If fact, she would already be dead. With these 2 medicines, she may be able to live a normal lifespan.
So, how do you justify saying that the president is against people with severe chronic medical conditions?
Canada has the same problems.

Their French wines are cheaper too, and some whiskeys are much cheaper.
But then, you're in Canada, so things aren't all that good.

Thank you so much for your suggestion, but no, we haven't tried Canada. When I mentioned those extreme prices I didn't mean we were paying that amount. We couldn't even begin to afford the co-pay. Fortunately, our insurance pays the cost, and a private organization pays our co-pay. Don't think that gets us off of the hook...she has many medicines and I do also.
Can you send me the name of the pharmacy in Canada that you use ( if I chose one it would be a scammer). I would appreciate it.

Thanks. We both have various medicines...I often joke about her with the pharmacist and tell them if they run short of anything, just give us a call. My list is getting pretty long too. We'll give them a try.
