That is one illiterate statement except to the one fact. Drug prices are cheaper elsewhere thatn here because of our regulations which President is trying to change.

Many of these drugs are those that were developed by US based companies who had to spend hundreds of millions of dollars to get them through the labyrinthine bureaucracy of the FDA. The US companies are trying to reimburse themselves for all the extra money they had to spend to get these drugs approves.

This has been going on for years, and not sure where the fault lies. My guess is Congress should be taking this up, not the President.
