As many have said, you cannot serve two masters easily, much less three, including God! Dual citizenship should be illegal. If you pledge allegiance to the US, then you should drop your other citizenship yourself, or be made to legally.
Bravo! Your comment is so right on. When my grandfather immigrated from Norway in the early 1900's he had to sign a document saying he no longer held allegiance to King Harald of Norway. What has happened in our day and age that we are so naïve that we really think people coming here should still maintain their rights of citizenship to a foreign nation--in addition to having the rights of American citizenship? This is beyond preposterous! I agree, "If you pledge allegiance to the US, then you should drop your other citizenship yourself, or be made to legally." Actually, that act should be done on a voluntary basis, because you should think that you are trading up a much better deal. This kind of thinking, that folks should have allegiance to other nations is exactly what weakens the fabric of our society, and our nation as a whole.
