Here lately my expert mechanic has converted a four wheeler with a colum shift for the gas and braked. Sgt. Major made him set the governor so it wouldn't go over 20 MPH. He even installed seat belts.
I can pull my wheel chair up close enough to use the same type of rig I use to swing out of my bed to get into my wheel chair. Now i can putt putt around the farm.

Padre: I respectfully disagree. I believe Trump is exactly what the majority of Americans suspect he is - a corrupt, lying, unqualified miscreant who is unfit to be president. I believe Mueller and others will reveal my perceptions as the truth -as unfortunate as it may be. I also believe that most of the republican party is also complicit - which is proved by their refusal to ask the same "tough questions" of suspected Trump minions that they ask of democratic witnesses. Right now Cohen is "voluntarily" testifying before Congress. Not one republican has asked a question about what Cohen is there to testify about. Instead they repeatedly continue to run him down and re-hash testimony that has already resulted in Cohen receiving a 3 year prison sentence. WHY are they focusing on what has already been proven in court, instead of asking the questions that will either prove or disprove Trump's guilt? I respect your right to support Trump and believe him. Please respect my right to believe otherwise.
