It really is that simple!

We still use wheels because they work. Sometimes they go flat and need to be repaired, goes without saying.

We still use walls because they work. Sometimes they need to be repaired or augmented, but we don’t tear them all down in the name of progress.

We still use government to condemn criminals. Sometimes government needs to be fixed, but we don’t condone murder because some bad laws redefine life and thereby condone murder.

This is simple stuff. Some people want to cloud the subject with complex ideas. But bottom line, stopping a living human from living is still murder, and always will be!

As we know, a good portion of the time, common sense is weeded out with indoctrinated intellectualists.

Why don't you stop and think for a minute, why would ANY woman carry and care for herself and the baby for almost ten months if she didn't want the baby. For any women to lose a baby after carrying full term is heartbreaking no matter how you choose to look at it. No one wants an abortion at that stage of the game.

Wondering... are you both men, or never carried a child?

There are women who get pregnant to keep a man, then the man leaves while she's still pregnant. That's only one scenario. You still continue to deflect from the issue of this barbaric late term practice. I wonder why?

Listening to leftists defend the practice of abortion is like reading about slave owners defending the rights of slave owners while denying the human rights,if not the very “status” of being “human” of the slaves themselves.

http://www.ushistory.org/us/27f.asp

It is cold, heartless and callous to the nth degree. It constitutes denying certain human beings of their full status of humanity in order to over-state the rights and privileges of another class of human beings. It defends the “convenience” of the perpetrators while denying those same privileges to the victims. It is more concerned for the financial comfort and well-being of the perpetrators than to the victims. It is thus legalized bullying to the extreme.

Which one does the above paragraph describe better- slavery or abortion?
Which one does it not describe accurately- slavery or abortion?

I’m am pro-choice- the baby’s choice! The innocent party’s choice over the “irresponsible” mother’s choice, even the innocent baby’s choice over the “victim” (ie rape) mother’s choice. In the medically rare and extreme case where the mother’s life is in danger, that choice that best promotes life in that situation should be given to the mother in consultation with her doctor.

Pro choice advocates are so for one reason- they do not care for a certain class of people. They either know and don’t care, or they don’t want to know and won’t research what is really happening in an abortion. Neither are acceptable, ignorance is no justification for murder.

Which would be more gruesome, pictures of slave victims or pictures of abortion victims?

https://www.campaignlifecoalition.com/abortion-videos

https://commons.m.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Whippedslaveedit.jpg

Would the pictures of slave victims be effective in deterring slavery any more than pictures of abortion victims deter abortion? Only for those with even a small amount of human decency and compassion.

Slavery resulted in civil war in America before it could be stopped for good.

Any pro-abortion activist who believes it was wrong to support slavery in the south is nothing but a hypocrite. There is no argument you can muster that can defend the wholesale murder of innocent babies any more than pro slavery folks could come up with a decent defense of slavery.

I challenge any pro abortionist to turn this around and depict pro-lifers as comparable to slave owners.

Otherwise: End of discussion- no negotiating with terrorists. At least slave owners, generally speaking, had enough decency to feed and clothe and house and look after the health and well-being of their victims...even if it was for selfish reasons of protecting their investment property.

You abortionists can’t even muster up that much compassion for your victims. You must be so proud of yourselves that slave owners were more compassionate than you are! Despicable is as despicable does.

So you believe murder is a god-given “right”? That only tells me who your god is not!

And if you believe all who say they are Christians are Christians, you are not only the naive one here, but you’ve also never read the Christian Bible.

Your responses here proved every point of my post.

You libs are the hypocrites for expecting those of us who abhor the taking of life to help pay for your licentious lifestyle and even deny biological identities!

Why do I bother with people like you? It’s because it’s s matter of life and death!

Thank you, Tommy. Another EXCELLENT post.

Morgan, in case you missed it:

“Sarah F. Norton, who, with Susan B. Anthony, successfully persuaded Cornell University to admit women in 1870, wrote that “perhaps there will come a time when an unmarried mother will not be despised because of her motherhood . . . and when the right of the unborn to be born will not be denied or interfered with.”

“Some scholars have attempted to say that those who point out these facts are engaging in “revisionist history,” but how many pioneering 19th-century women have had their opposition to abortion shamefully edited out of their biographies and Wikipedia entries because too many modern-day feminists are embarrassed by the suffragists’ pro-life views?
It is a selective reading of history that makes pro-abortion feminists embrace early women pioneers while at the same time denying a profound truth espoused by Anthony and these other early women’s-rights activists: A commitment to the equal dignity of women is not consistent with insisting on a “right” to destroy life.
“The organizers of the Women’s March in Washington are engaging in a similar act of revisionism when they refuse to let a pro-life women’s group march with them — excluding from their concern not only this group, but the millions of American women, young and old, conservative and liberal, Republican and Democratic, who reject the cruelty inherent in the idea that women’s rights include the right to kill our developing children.

“The arc of history is long but it bends toward justice. Women, including young women, increasingly refuse to stay silent before the injustice of abortion; we are reclaiming our own history, and our movement’s rightful place among the women leaders and reformers past and present who have worked tirelessly to make equal rights and equal human dignity a reality for all.”

Morgan,

This reply still just flabbergasts me! I guess I’m not done addressing it...

In comparative analogy, you must believe it was a great imposition on slavery owners to “force” them to relinquish their slaves! Why think of it, for them it would mean they would have to do the work the slaves did: work their own fields or “butler” their own houses! Think of the shame that would bring them? Or they’d have to actually “pay” people to work their fields thereby becoming indebted, that is, “enslaved” to their employees! Think of the inconvenience! Why, it was downright inhuman to impose upon the slave owners such an injustice as for the big government to impose itself and take away their right to own slaves whereby they made their living and secured their social standing!

Abortionists and their supporters are worse than slavery-advocates, much worse!
