A******ns are a Medical Procedure...

As such, they are Legislated and Regulated by the Individual States, and performed by the Individual State's Licensed and Regulated Medical Professionals...

The USA Federal Government should not be Legislating nor Regulating A******ns...

And without Legislating nor Regulating A******ns, the USA Federal Judicial System should not be Ruling on A******ns...

I agree, it is not a governing issue.

Any procedure that takes a life should be governed.

All well and good but it comes down to a womans right to control her own body and since the principle job of government is to ensure the rights of individuals that falls to the federal government and not the states.

That's right Peter, all we need is women going to prison is some states for not wanting to produce a baby. With that said though we are of the day and age where a******ns shouldn't be happening.

Physician assisted suicide is a medical procedure. Euthanasia a medical procedure. Lethal injection, a medical procedure. Germans gassing Jews, a medical procedure but not nearly as severe as 60 million American a******ns on totally innocent unborn children.

BEFORE the federal government got involved not a single state sanctioned a******n because all ethical people knew a******n k**led a child. Now, because the Fed first sanctioned a******ns, you believe that same Fed should exit to allow states sole control while many of us want the Fed to stop New York dead in their uncontrolled bloody tracks.

The worst decision the Supreme Court will ever make if we survive another 1000 years is Roe v. Wade.

Physician assisted suicide is a medical procedure.... (show quote)

I heard today that Virginia wouldn't pass an a******n measure that allowed a late term a******n for any reason, even while the mother was in labor. The sick governor actually said if the baby was born alive, he or she, (he used the term it,) would be made comfortable while the doctor and mother made the decision whether or not the baby would be allowed to live. This is AFTER this baby is already born. How twisted and sick can the pro-a******n crowd get?

I heard on the news a few minutes ago that the Virginia Bill was defeated. Look for this evil to continuously build up towards 2020.

Sanctioned or un-sanctioned you can't control another humans body. Why you conservatives think you can I don't know but women had a******ns before RvW and they will have a******ns after RvW.

You miss the point completely. That being before Roe v. Wade woman did not have "legal a******ns."
All the Supreme Court accomplished was to remove responsibility now numbering 60 Million unborn murdered American children. I'll bet that number, 60 million, affects you in the same way that Stalin said one death is a human tragedy. A million deaths is just a statistic.

Governed by who? The federal government for all states or by the democratic process of v****g at the state level by the people, who should be, per the Constitution, governing themselves?
I dare say, "a******n" has been a medical procedure (decided privately between a woman and her health care provider, be it a medicine man, herbalist, or midwife) for thousands of years and only deemed "illegal" and "immoral" since the mid 20th century. The same can be said for the death penality - people were hanged for misdemeanors when the constitution was written and they didn't consider it "cruel and unusual punishment" and left it to the states.

New York just passed something similar, not quite k*****g the baby after he or she was born, but up to the minute before. I understand there are other states as well. So much fore rare. It's basically a secular religion that requires human sacrifice.

This movie speaks of the consequences of divorcing morality and the Establisher of it. Pretty soon we're back to...

Judges 21:25 "In those days there was no king in Israel: every man did that which was right in his own eyes.".

From Wiki: Some spoilers.

Bible professor Russell Carlisle (D. David Morin) confronts and lectures a boy who has stolen marbles from his neighbors, calling his action unjust. The year is 1890 and Carlisle has written a new manuscript entitled The Changing Times, which promotes good morals without discussing Christ.

The book is on track to receive a unanimous endorsement from the board of the Grace Bible Seminary. That is, until colleague Dr. Norris Anderson (Gavin MacLeod) objects. Without unanimous endorsement, his book might not do so well. Carlisle and another professor seek a unanimity rule change, but the dean insists that Carlisle discuss the disagreement with Anderson privately.

Dr. Anderson fears that Carlisle's book could harm coming generations, arguing that teaching good moral values without mentioning Christ is wrong. Using a secret time machine, Anderson sends Carlisle over 100 years into the future, offering him a glimpse of where his beliefs will lead.

Arriving in the early 21st century, Carlisle is shocked to find that half of all marriages end in divorce (instead of 5% in 1890), teenagers talk openly about deceiving their parents, movies contain blasphemous language and people who go to church are so bored by the sermons that they need extra activities.

He tries to convince a laundromat worker, Eddie Martinez (Paul Rodriguez), to go to church and read the Bible. Two churchgoing men grow suspicious of Carlisle, who acts as if he's seeing everything for the first time...
