That actually is exactly what Mueller may do, the Grand Jury being on Trump's crimes...this is exactly how it was done against Nixon. They were hesitant to prosecute, not being sure about how that would go, so they turned the criminal indictments over to congress as a list of fully indicted crimes with the statutes that were violated, and let congress decide how to proceed. They opted for impeachment then prosecution, and Nixon resigned rather than face a sure impeachment and Johnson pardoned him of indictments.

Trump is in a different situation and has a lot of potential state charges Pence cannot pardon him on.

Woody I am sure that you don't really know your ass from page 9 when you get started talking about the Congress trying someone for crimes like you talk about. Surely you understand that the Congress doesn't need indictments which are nothing but accusations when that is just what impeachment is. I don't think you have any idea what impeachment really is, but then I am not sure you ever read any part of the Constitution other than what leaners told you. You and Mad Maxine seem to be about the same level concerning the Congress.

In this post are you talking about Democrats and their slush fund to pay off women when their people did the kind of things Trump has been accused of? It really bothers me that you don't seem to be altogether there.

Based on all the new actions taken...it doesn't take a genius to see that Trump is toast.

Everything Trump does in the way of retaliating is more obstruction, he has no choice but to respond to charges

The constitution did not intend to make a president above the law, and the outcome of that is up in the air.

Now just what are the charges? Muller hasen't said a damn thing about charging Trump but everytime something comes up important he pulles this shit. And of course

the msm and blow hards on opp run your mouth about what muller has. Muller dosen't have anything on the president.

What will be the ramifications? What will Trump do to retaliate, and he WILL retaliate?

He will never be convicted; U may keep on dreamin.

I'm not sure they will go ahead but I do remember how the House did impeach Clinton and the Senate didn't even try. Therefore, I don't think
Trump can be removed from office. Pelosi knows this and will try to avoid impeaching him however there are plenty of Democrats in the House who want him impeached and I am not sure how many of them really know what impeachment does when they aren't too smart. These would be Swalwell, Waters, Schiff, and a few others as stupid and wanting to get Trump as so many of them are.
I'm not sure they will go ahead but I do remember... (show quote)

One thing for sure, the Senate will not convict him, even if impeachment occurs. And they might not even do it, but they are dumb enough to do it, for sure!

In so many words, he said If I go, we all go....he's holding his high card.

Did you mean paying a Russian for dirt on Trump, which is what Trumps son was accused of? Did you mean rigging the dem primary, which you guys accuse Trump of? Collusion? Did you mean when Obama said on a hot mic that he would be "more flexible" after he won the election? Or did you mean the Uranium 1 deal where Hillary sold off 20 % of our weapons grade uranium? Or did you mean Bill's speech in Russia for $500,000? Or the 145 million that went to the Clinton Foundation just after the deal went through? Maybe you meant Obama's world tour of apology? I get it...you mean you guys elected the absolute dumbest congresswoman in the history of this country...yep...that must be it! No...now wait a minute...it must be that prosucuter dude, Liddy, out in Calif who was arrested for possession of child porn. Well....I dunno...there's so much to choose from.

It isn't so much what Trump will do to retaliate............you should be asking what will Trump supporters do. Enough is enough with the Schumers and Pelosi's. It's time to respond the same way democrats would. Stand by.

I agree 100%. Time to take an offensive approach....and get it started NOW!!!! Not worried about impeachment. Where are they going to get enough votes, pull them out of thin air. they need 2/3. They'll find enough votes even if they a few traitors (like RINO Ryan was this year). I find it to be a longshot. And after the American electorate voted him in with the electoral college, they will pissed as Hell. I predict it will backfire (like when we it did to Clinton). You know Trump will not take this lying down. Can't wait for the fireworks. Still kind of surprised he went with an establish type of guy Barr who worked for Bush 41, but maybe that will be a good move. I think he has expressed how he thinks the Mueller probe is "off kilter", not going in the direction it should be....borderline witch hunt.

Hey, when a progressive commits a crime or lies more than the LIAR/FELON, they're forgiven. Double-standard! just like the two tier judicial system.

Asked and answered. FBI and DOJ refused to indict to protect Hillary and Obama, et al in the Obama administration. That much should be obvious, even to you.
