They could start by indicting Hillary with all of the crimes associated with her miss handling of classified information.

What will be the ramifications? What will Trump do to retaliate, and he WILL retaliate?

Let 'em. How well did the Republicans do?

When I was stupid I thought those i***ts had the nation's best interests in mind. HA!

Most of the folks supporting criminals like Waters and Schitt are too young to remember that lesson.

We can use that.

Senate should launch it's own investigations into Democrats.

Screw the senate get the grand juries to hear the case. Its time to get something done and start putting these low life's in prison.

He might as well declassify everything, the American people deserve to know at least as much classified information as he handed to Putin. The question to ask yourself is; if he had the goods on Hillary Clinton why hasn’t he acted?

Then why do the Dems OPPOSE it?

Do you even listen to what your devil worshipping leaders say?

That actually is exactly what Mueller may do, the Grand Jury being on Trump's crimes...this is exactly how it was done against Nixon. They were hesitant to prosecute, not being sure about how that would go, so they turned the criminal indictments over to congress as a list of fully indicted crimes with the statutes that were violated, and let congress decide how to proceed. They opted for impeachment then prosecution, and Nixon resigned rather than face a sure impeachment and Johnson pardoned him of indictments.

Trump is in a different situation and has a lot of potential state charges Pence cannot pardon him on.

The Steele dossier is damaging to Trump in a major way, almost the whole thing has been verified and corroborated, the parts that haven't have not proven that it is bogus as the GOP and FOX spin likes to have you believe. Trump and the GOP have no interest in exposing it unless it is in a carefully redacted state

Well, firstly, the only thing linked to Trump is this fiction of campaign finance violations which I have addressed on another thread. But as I have said in this thread, the dem's are going to impeach Trump, in all likelihood, for these things which are not illegal. It really doesn't matter to them as long as they can have the fiction of something he did that is bad. That's fine.

Unfortunately Trump lied about this over and over, he lied about the lies. There is a hard cold black and white statute about betraying public trust that this applies to, and it states that this is an impeachable offense. Then, if pardons and supreme court games aren't brought into play, courts can deal with the crimes that have come up in the course of the FBI working over his butt with a microscope.

Again, it wasn't the blowjob that was an impeachable offense, it was the lying about it. Clinton could have simply said that what he does in private is his business and he refuses to talk about it. Sort of an admission...so what? It would blow over, as soon as he said I did not do this, it set the course of proving he did and lied.

Trump could have said obviously he does not want to talk about an affair, so he won't. His base was of the frame of mind that Trump was a stud, their stud, what a guy. He sealed his fate when he started lying about this.

Means nothing, it's pre release spin done by the GOP...besides so what if it wasn't verified at that point, it was already disclosed that the warrants had nothing to do with the dossier, they were pre dossier...

and the dossier has been well verified, very little is left unverified and that probably won't ever be due to the nature of the secrets and where they came from.

Oh please. The dossier is the bulk of the info provided on the FISA warrants.

I'm not sure they will go ahead but I do remember how the House did impeach Clinton and the Senate didn't even try. Therefore, I don't think
Trump can be removed from office. Pelosi knows this and will try to avoid impeaching him however there are plenty of Democrats in the House who want him impeached and I am not sure how many of them really know what impeachment does when they aren't too smart. These would be Swalwell, Waters, Schiff, and a few others as stupid and wanting to get Trump as so many of them are.

Woody, you just proved that like so many on the left you don't know your ass from page nine about the Clinton impeachment. He was impeached for an obvious crime, lying in a federal court. His lie concerned Paula Jones and his lie in the District Court. You people just aren't going to wake up as to which woman he was talking about, I fear. You so want it to be Monica and it was Paula. At least Paula was the one in court at the time and Monica hadn't turned him in yet. I was not against him till he stood there on TV with his finger pointing at me saying that he didn't do Jones.
