I have no wish to silence any writer. I was trying to get response on what I see as a Black writer saying what others may want to hear but may be upsetting to others who would dissagree.

The truth is the truth. Do you wish to silence a writer because they write something you do not like or disagree? Controlling a person's words........ what is right about that? Or is it only important when the Liberal/Progressives do not like what another writes? Did you expect that the Negros would just step in line? Many of them are exceptionally bright and they figure out what is good or bad for our country.
by the way, you might want to use spell check ..... writeing vice writing

There are a few right wing African Americans they are often referred to within the community as Uncle Toms or OREO's, brown on the outside and white on the inside. The perception is that they have sold out to the man for small personal gain. In many instances this perception is accurate.

So let me get this straight, if a black man or woman wanders off the Democrat Plantation and rejects the party line, the best way to shut them up is to castigate them as betraying the mass of plantation blacks. Sounds like a BS story to me, almost like a union member thinking for themselves, rejecting the mandatory union membership fees that are deducted from their check and being scorned by other union members. Sounds about right.
Do you really want to protect everyone from every bad thing? Manage the televisions (oh, sorry that is already being done), sanitize and censor newspapers (oh, that too is being done), control what a person eats (sorry, my bad, that too is being done), control jobs..... Okay, I give up. Can we say, Invasion of the Body Snatchers!

Kevyn made a valid point and you seem to believe that Unions and democrats who are Black are a bad thing.

Well then, there you go. This site has a few staunch believers in the progressive/liberal party thought. I guess you now know what your party believes.

This has been interesting and insightful. I encourage others to discuss this amongst themselves. please keep it civil as for the most part it has. Thank you all for your input and enjoy your time here.

WOW. Now this is rude. You start a conversation and then excuse yourself? What can you not answer the hard questions?
Did you expect that the Negros would just step in line? Many of them are exceptionally bright and they figure out what is good or bad for our country.
That's quite white and charitable of you Ginny. You should get a plaque in the right wing Jewish Hall of Fame along with Michael Savage, Michael Medved, John Podhoretz, and David Horowitz, as well as Elliott Abrams, Bill Kristol, Sheldon Adelson, and Ari Fleischer.
BTW, 75% of U.S. Jews voted for Barack Obama. It has something to do with the idea that Jews do better in societies in which no one is degraded nor marginalized because of their race or ancestry.
I was not being rude I was asking for more input. I am only seeming to get you rightys to post. I have been called racist because I think certain writers are challenging traditional thinking and in the process offending others. This sometimes invites non whites to chime in and believe they have a go ahead to believe they have a kindred spirit from another race.

I actually meant non Blacks but it can go both ways

You know nothing about me so you cannot pass judgement. Living on handouts is hardly the life Black citezens should have.
If you believe living on handouts is not the life you should have...what do you intend to do so you don't have that life?
You don't seem able to answer my other posts to you; so I'm wondering if you put this question out, just to waste your time. If you won't give answers to the simple questions I ask, how can you expect to get answers to things that may open your life? To search for the truth takes courage. I don't know if you have it; but I hope you do.

You agree with him and give him thumbs up for insults. Nice. Well, at least one good thing has come from this, a leopard does not change their spots. I wish you well, but I have no intentions of having any in-depth conversations now. I will respond to you the way I do to your buddy, Brian.

Did you expect that the Negros would just step in ... (

The first part, I will not dignify. The last (BTW) issue, your information may be correct for California, but it is different elsewhere. A piece in The Jewish Daily Forward argues that these trends are changing and quickly, especially in New York where 2.5 million Jews call home. Orthodox and Russian-speaking Jews already make up 56 percent of the citys Jewish population. Theyll be a larger majority in the future. Few of these Jews are liberals, and many are not even Democrats. So the unified Jewish vote that was thought to be a pillar of New York politics looks like its breaking up. No, I will not give you the link....do some work for yourself. I gave you the source...
the moron who kicked off this asinine topic should learn how to spell the word "writing."
