Responsible or Irresponsible? Hero or Coward?
Responsible people will always using their wisdom, “do the right thing.”
Irresponsible people ignore wisdom an act foolishly, “doing the wrong thing.”
Hero’s will put their lives on the line and make hard sacrifices to “serve their fellow man.”
Coward’s when tested look out for themselves and will always act to save their own skin.
In spite of what he may have done, or how he has behaved, “like all of us”, he will be judged according to his works and where he stands on his final day here on earth. According to God, even if he did not live his life well, if on the last day he repents by asking Jesus Christ for forgiveness, he will join God in heaven and gain eternal life.
I have watched several people reaching the end of their life. Some act to make peace with all their enemies and go out of their way to reach out to them to express their sorrow for their behavior. Others go out with hatred and anger in their hearts doing what they can to inflict more pain on their enemies.
Gaining eternal life is simple, make peace with those you have offended, turn your life over to God, ask Christ to forgive your sins, and live a righteous life in your remaining days here on earth.
