No bank loans out cash when the Federal Reserve pays out higher interest rates to banks that hold their cash. What these billions went for is paying off his cronies, green companies that all went belly up the first year, and the buying of thousands of weapons for the murderous group in the Americas, Mexican drug cartels. His Attorney General was found in Contempt of Congress for lying and refusing to answer questions on this treasonous act that has cost the lives of over 600 people and grows by the day. The results besides a nation reduced to ruin the nation's prisons over flowing with Al Qaeda terrorist were emptied, it's military arms went to terrorist, and victory was celebrated with the black flags of Al Qaeda flying over the nation.
