And when Republicans are in charge, (as in voted in by the majority of Americans,) they have NO RIGHT to expect to shape policy. What is going on right now is the Democrats and their collaborators in the media refuse to accept the results of the election and are trying to criminalize winning, and policy changes because they don't like the fact that they lost.
