This is a very positive ruling Seven to Two.
It shows that we will not (!) stand for the control freaks that want to Fundamentally Change our culture. We are a nation under God, and will thwart these LGBTQ Idealogies.
The feature stands strong for our children in cases to come.
Go America Go Trump.

This is an absolutely horrible ruling, based on prejudice, we continue to fall backward. This is wrong in so many ways and if not corrected just the tip of the iceberg. Should everyone who buys something fill out a personal disclosure form? Will you not sell to me because of my religion, or nonreligious beliefs. It will be interesting to see what the true ramifications will be to this. Now the door of hate and prejudices will be wide open. Hopefully, this will show up in their revenues.

Maybe if they had payed attention to the sign that
says,"We have the Right to refuse service" things
would not have become complicated.
It has nothing to do with prejudice or racism, just
the personal beliefs of the Bakery!

You're confused.

SCOTUS ruled that citizens cannot be compelled by government to participate in an act they don't want to participate in.

IOW Christian get to use 1A too.

The cake-baker was being forced to use his artistic ability to promote something counter to his Christian faith.

Look at it this way.

Suppose the GOP wrote an anti-Hillary comedy script and the Trump admin threated a Trump-hating commedian with prosecution if he/she didn't deliver it on stage. ---- You would be against that, wouldn't you? --- So would I.

Definitely a move forward, to recover lost ground.
If I order anything, cake, coffee, clothing, ect. There is no need to go into my personal beliefs, or what statement I am trying to make.
Simply order my merchandise, pay for it and leave.
Had this been the case in this situation, they probably would have had their cake and eaten too.

I was so overwhelmed with relief, I wanted to leap and dance for joy. Time to get this ball rolling up the hill.

But they are so in your face with their weirdness they must put on a show. If we were all LGBTQ, in twenty years the population would dwindle seriously.

It's kind of sad when we're this happy that the 1st Amendment isn't trashed. That should be a given.

Not a good day for Queers Morgan.

If you're one one them, you can rest easy.

America treats queers better than most other countries.

If there was someplace better, all the faggots would move there.

I have heard that middle east Muslim counties are ideal for sodomites. After they go there there is never any negative word heard from any of them so that must mean that they are all happy as larks right?
