Tasine: How our elected officials can turn their backs on rule of Law astounds me!!! I'm afraid we will be forced at the State level to enforce the 10th Amendment utilizing nullification and State Conventions. I can think of 5 Departments at the Federal level that can be eliminated!
look up 'convention of states.' this is a real good start. here in georgia, they are looking into rejecting the federal governments commie agenda. from what i've learned, georgia is not the only state doing this.

cesspool: apparently Missouri put it on the books this week... concerning Fed Gun Laws. Six other states are following suit!

I would suggest these be eliminated from federal level: Not needed as far as I can tell.
Executive branch 3.2 United States Department of Agriculture
3.3 United States Department of Commerce
3.5 United States Department of Education
3.6 United States Department of Energy
3.7 United States Department of Health and Human Services
3.9 United States Department of Housing and Urban Development
3.12 United States Department of Labor
3.13 Other
3.14 United States Department of State
3.15 United States Department of Transportation
3.16 United States Department of the Treasury
In addition to these are agencies, councils, boards, bureaus - most of which I would take a really strong look at.
Glad to see someone else is awake. There are 3 Mikes in my life--Big Mike, Little Mike, and Mity Mike. Big Mike has a cat that looks just like your picture--but he's in TN.

Thanks! Yeah I'm awake and my eyes and ears are at least partially open, and I still have two brain cells within each other's gravitational pull by the grace of God. I like my cat too. He's had a big bud of catnip and is feeling very friendly

The IRS Is About To Become The Arbiter Of Your 1st Amendment Rights By Obama Regime Decree.
The same IRS that was recently caught red-handed targeting conservative organizations, and the same IRS that is going to administer your personal healthcare under ObamaCare, is about to grant itself broad powers to muzzle your 1st Amendment rights through the tax code.
But Barack Obama isn't asking for legislation from Congress to grant the IRS these powers. Mr. I-Have-A-Pen-And-I-Have-A-Phone is going to do it by decree, and the only body that can stop him is the United States Congress.
Enough is enough. They've been feckless in the past but Barack Obama has gone so far that our elected officials must be pushed to action. I have to be honest with you, the future of our Republic is in your hands. Call or fax your congressmen/congresswoman today.

I read your narrative but that's just what it is your story! Just because you've made a statement don't make it fact! Back it up! Or do you consider that stupid.
