The IRS Is About To Become The Arbiter Of Your 1st Amendment Rights By Obama Regime Decree.

The same IRS that was recently caught red-handed targeting conservative organizations, and the same IRS that is going to administer your personal healthcare under ObamaCare, is about to grant itself broad powers to muzzle your 1st Amendment rights through the tax code.

But Barack Obama isn't asking for legislation from Congress to grant the IRS these powers. Mr. I-Have-A-Pen-And-I-Have-A-Phone is going to do it by decree, and the only body that can stop him is the United States Congress.

Enough is enough. They've been feckless in the past but Barack Obama has gone so far that our elected officials must be pushed to action. I have to be honest with you, the future of our Republic is in your hands. Call or fax your congressmen/congresswoman today.

You have said your portfolio has done nicely under the Obama administration. He has said you don't need more than $2.5 million in tax deferred retirement investment. What happens when he or Hillary after him decides that they need that money? If you don't think this will happen your sorely mistaken, Fatco is forcing all foreign banks to tell the IRS exactly how much money you have in their banks. You can't run they will find you and your money and take as much they want.

Actualy you as an individual have the remedy to any violation of your constitutional rights, go to court for relief. If administrating various departments was unconstitutional loads of people would have successfully sued and been given relief. Every loudmouth i***t from street punks talking to beat cops to malcontents who's candidates loose an e******n whine and snivel about their rights being violated. The vast majority of the gripes are unadulterated BS and this is a prime example.

No, we as individuals do NOT have the remedy to violation of our constitutional rights when the President, the US Congress (both political parties), the media, the US AG are ALL on one side. In addition to that they can and do pull all the strings. Any enemy is going to suffer at their hands. And conservatives who demand the US Constitution be followed ARE THEIR ENEMY.

Some people are insufferably stupid - and cold iron is NOT one of them. Bear in mind that when any of us speak about "rights", the only rights that exist are those we are born with and are contained in the US Constitution Amendments. When I lose a right,you have lost it also. When you lose a right, I have lost it also. It isn't a single person thing. We either have the right to free speech or we don't. The Constitution says we DO. If all of our government and if all of our grievance doors are shut to us, and they choose to pick up to the bone, it isn't just cold iron or me - it is you too. I think you don't really grasp what represents freedom and what represents oppression. On another thread you stated you are very pro individual freedoms - freedom of speech is one of them. Why should one have to go to court to have it........cold iron already has it. I already have it. You already have it. And cold iron and I want to KEEP it. You don't seem to mind seeing it frittered away. Why not?

Well, my friend, your post has certainly attracted the attention of the sick left. There may be a real reason the Republicans aren't standing up for our freedoms. Pat Caddell, democrat party analyst is suggesting Republicans and Democrats may be working for the same sick thing - I think he may be right. We have NO REPRESENTATION within our government, making that government NOT the government we are entitled to.
