This happened at the inception of the Country When the Constitution was being ratified no one decided to add term limits for Congress and the Senate even though Virginia's constitution which is the basis of our Constitution had term limits for their Congress and the Senate it wasn't added to ours so for 241 years people have been addicted to power that 's why the founders added article V of the Constitution that allows States to take back control from the federal government and pass constitutional amendments. That's why their is an organization known as the Convention of States who supports article five of the Constitution go on their website to see if your state has signed on I believe we're at 28 we need 6 more to form the Convention of States we can start the amendment process that's the 66% needed yo start it and 38 states which is the 75% needed to ratify new amendments. I suggest people go on the Convention of States website see if your state has signed the Convention of States amendment in your State house.

I hope we do envoke article V of the constitution then they'll know we mean business the Dem's well the far left anyway doesn't care anymore they would rather protect people here illegally than United States Citizens. They want there memo released because they're going to fill it with highly classified material that they know Trump won't redact so they try to keep their argument that Trump is obstructing. So you see the Dem's are only doing it for political points for the November midterms. But like everything else they've tried for the last year will blow up in their faces.

Please let me barge in......To answer both your questions, our country is being torn apart by members of Congress. Their interests are not in the best interest of the country or it's People, Article V would drain the swamp, getting rid of all the the ones that conspire against our Constitute.
