Please allow me to clear this up, beyond the shadow of doubt... I are a country family with generations of doin...and just like the Black people don't like to hear a White Man say "nigga" we the White People won't abide a Black man using "okie doke" in a unbecoming fashion...and just as the Black people have the absolute right to not be talked to like that...a proud White Man has the unchallenged right to not be described as a old expression used amongst us...thanks ...no offense intended for all...
Please allow me to clear this up, beyond the shado... (show quote)

You don't have the right to be proud of being white! Some white people did bad things a long time ago. You should be ashamed of being white because of what white people did generations before you were born. Geez! Don't you get it?

Been hitting the bottle have you? Or maybe the bong. This person blows things about Mr. Trump up way out of proportion and wants a cookie. I say to them,"Make sure you get off your fat bottom and write your Congressmen if you don't like the way things are and quit whining about stories."

I really don't consider you a Trump supporter from your posts, and I think we feel much the same.
But I guess by forming our own thoughts, and opinions would make us Trump supporters.

Oh well. Hey! I've got plenty of vacation time coming. What say I come down, and you, and me grab a cooler full of beer, and go out and shoot some unborn, gay manatees? 😆

Using a club is much fairer. Damn speed bumps. You're right about me and Trump. I've actually been pleasantly surprised by his policies and judicial picks. I have been disappointing with his childish antics, braggadocio behavior, and childish insults.

We are in agreement. I've never, ever liked him because of his personality. But voted for him/against (gag) Hillary because I liked his policy ideas.
He needs his phone confiscated.

Didn't you read the meme? Accepting Trump has never been the problem. Accepting that we share a country with people who would vote for him is and will always be the problem.

I know. You're right. We're deplorable!

The thing is, Trumps numbers have continued to hover in the thirty percentiles yet conservatives think the majority of the population loves him and everything is just fine. There is a core group of republicans who are so dense that one of the rocket mans rockets couldn't get through to them. I have been participating in debates on message boards since 2000 and our conservative friends have only became more rigid and resistant to change and they honestly view it as their best attribute. In the early 2000's you could at least carry on a debate with them whereas now it starts out with a string of ad hominem attacks and ends up the same--at no time in the exchange is any rationality displayed. Even their best debater, Loki, can't stay away from them so when your best and brightest debates like a rock it doesn't say much for the rest of them.

That's a conservative characteristic --highly resistant to change When one bombs them with fscts and evidence they are like turtles that pull back into their shells for safety rather than using thought and reason to discern and face reality

I'll get suspended again if I call you a liar, so let's just say you are deviating from the truth yet again. The "tape" was Trump saying that a celebrity could get away with doing something; not saying that he did. Let me guess...you are one of those butter won't melt in my mouth hypocrites who claims they have never made any sort of sexist remark about women when talking to other men in what was supposed to be a private conversation.
Equality and diversity in the gay community. Most conservatives I know don't care if someone is gay or not as long as they mind their own damn business and don't get up in someone's face with it trying to force them to accept something contrary to their religious beliefs. If you had ever served in the military you would not need an explanation as to why openly gay and transsexual people are not suitable, yet from the summit of the molehill of your experience, you try to force your dysfunctional worldview on people whose lives may depend on it. You vilify Christians for defending their beliefs and give your precious Muslims a pass. You insist on amnesty for criminals. You take unproven accusations of child molestation and sexual misconduct as ironclad truth and yet elect and defend politicians convicted of it and support late term abortion, which brings up the fact that most of you oppose the death penalty for vicious criminals but support it for viable unborn children.
You oppose gun ownership and say "let the police protect you;" ignoring the fact that the police not only cannot protect you, they have no legal obligation to do so.
Once more, you expect everyone to accept your views on everything and you can't wait to get AUTHORITY (which you worship) to try to force everyone to accept it.
The real world is not your world; you cannot change peoples' beliefs by making rules against a way of thinking of which you don't approve. Reality is what it is, and all of your granola, tofu, wishful thinking and temper tantrums inside your "safe spaces" won't change a thing.
The only thing Liberals stand for is a desire to use AUTHORITY to force their beliefs on everyone. All in the name of enforced diversity; as long as the diversity in question meets their criteria.

One more thing...stop using religion as a yardstick for Conservatism. It is as invalid as using a lack of any as a yardstick for Liberalism. Most Conservatives oppose Islam, and most Liberals oppose Christianity. Is that a nice, generalized statement? Oh, that's right. For Liberals, we must have proof. For a Conservative, all you need is an accusation.
I'll get suspended again if I call you a liar, so ... (show quote)

Most Liberals do not oppose either Islam or Christianity A good number of liberals are Christians and are tolerant of Islam and Judaism and are generally tolerant of Transgenders , homosexuals
and conservatives. I have no problem being friends with conservatives and evangelicals and conversing with them the problem they do not want to associate with or converse with me. I think I'm viewed as a threat to their belief system and are highly resistant to hearing anything that might shake their belief. To do so would consorting with the devil

Yes frugal and no

So there we have it. Yes and no, is no answer. And as I see it, the reason I believe you are niggard

in your opinion, is because you only express one side of a discussion, " yours ".

You cheapen the discussion by expressing only one side with no consideration for the other.

Slamming the other sides opinion with no reason why, has nothing to do with being " frugal ".

You and peterS in my opinion are both guilty of that.

Lets take for example, the so often used phrase " orange man ". If I have seen it posted once,

I've seen it a thousand times. And you do know full well, the term is very derogatory in it's discription

of The President. Yet your sides use of it, is a daily occurrence. There is only one explanation.

You know full well it will spur an angry response. " And that is your goal. Anger is what you and

the left deal in. There is nothing " frugal " about anger, or misrepresentation, or expressing only

one side of a discussion. ( Yours ) And to answer " no ' to a question of " why' is close to being

verbally bankrupt.

I voted against Hillary not because I was for him. I voted for him as a vote against the narcissist, drunk, mentally unbalanced, extension of the evil of the last eight years, Ego maniac, Russian conspirator, and married to a sexual predator and rapist.
