How did someone as ignorant as you rise to the rank of Chief Petty Officer, or did you? OOOPS!, an ignorant Senior Chief Petty Officer. This can't be, SCPOs were much smarter when I was in. Sequestration is seriously taking a toll on the quality and intelligence of enlisted personnel, in the Navy.
