The Secret Service is responsible for the safety and protection of the President wherever he goes. And he legally can come to Chicago anytime he wants to come. And he will be welcomed by many adoring fans and a mob of Nazi protesters. And the Chicago Police will be there as necessary to protect him, his motorcade, his helicopter and wherever he want to walk. The Federal Government does authorize some expenditures for this protection. You actually think that little, fruity Mayor is going to stop him? You have another think coming.
