I will be more than happy when Ted Nugent is visited again by the Secret Service and hustled off to jail. He won't have the defense of not being warned. They've already been to his house at least once.

I live in a liberal (44th Least Free State-still have not done your research have you Mr. I am so smart) state and would thoroughly enjoy taking you to a gun show. It would also shock you to see EVERY single gun purchase having to go through a background check, filling out page upon page of paperwork and not being angry, thumping a Bible but discussing the latest in technology, computer systems, investment strategies, and generally agreeably disagreeing on political issues. We outside the drug fogged West Coast do understand there are issues to be solved but think being sober as opposed to stoned, non productive, irresponsible is a better way to proceed. You may have given, as you repetitively state, 55electoral votes to the President; however, you do not have the lock on the answers. You certainly currently rank as the number two state in fiscal difficulty, behind New Jersey.

Be VERY assured if the Secret Service had a nat's hair Ted Nugent would have been arrested. There are V E R Y specific guidelines established for threat evaluation against the President and Vice-President by the Secret Service. Many parameters, beyond verbal, are taken into consideration. No agency is above PR.
