Not necessarily. Higher risk for suicide as well as homicide.

Maybe the mental midgets here might learn something.

The NRA calling out Harvard University about their research methods, is akin to a snake oil salesman, telling a physician to step aside!

I wish you were right. While many of the Democrats would like to see this nation evolve into a progressive nation, ruled by Social Democrats (like Western Europe); many on the right fantasize of a fictional world a la Dick and Jane. In their dystopian fantasy, Dick protects the home with an Uzi, while Jane irons clothes and reads Harlequin romances.

Guns do not raise the risk if suicide or homicide. What do you think people used before guns were invented? They used any method available.

Brian, maybe you should check out auto erotic asphysiation. There are more deaths from this wierdness every year than guns.
And yes!!! Maybe you should go live in Europe, and leave us be!!!!!!

Why? There are enough Social Democrats in California. Also my family is here.

Sounds like you have an interest in auto-erotic asphyxiation. Care to elaborate?

Ya know, it's more a man thing to commit suicide by a gun to the head, as women tend to forgo that due to our inborn vanity. I noted this while working in the emergency room. Women are more prone to pills and alcohol, and not disfiguring the face.
I do believe that suicide is a crime, it's just that you can't bring the shooter to justice.

Yes, but would you not agree that guns are by far, more efficient and allow for greater distance between k**ler and victim, allowing for the maximum of efficiency directed to an individual's goal of snuffing out human life?

How reliable is the Daily Beast as far as honest and fair reporting? Are they biased, not unlike any other media outlet in the US. Honest question, not a follower of the Beast and just wanted to know.
