You're assuming there won't be an American Politburo to 'sanitize' and 'rehabilitate' our "Dear Leader's'' image after the American patriots are scrubbed off the scene.

I am sure there will be many trying to clean up the image. But, there will be many who will remember. And if they do as my forefathers, write their memories to be passed on, then no amount of white wash will make him look clean!

So what! Those that get a chance to be President Only have to sell lies. Not to long a go thought I that the Right & Left were different

I thought that the Left might do d little for the average person
once in a while.

Now it is very clear that there is little chance of that ever happening.

It is just a question of how far down the ladder will there be any wealth. One of the Rights good guys said that 47% of the people were takers. People on this site seem to think along those lines.

Who among the 53% feel that they will stay in that 53% for long when the next round of squeezing the little guy comes around. Or could I say when the next bubble breaks.

Obamacare will take from the 53% thus reducing their numbers. He moves wealth he does not create wealth. Democrats are terrible for the middle classs

The point is that things are getting worse but you should not put it all on the present President.

He is only continuing things that have been going on & until every one sees that & agrees on what is really happening it is only going to get worse.

I disagree. He is making no attempt to fix it. His actions only accelerate the problems

OI wish you were right about taking from the 53%, but I don't think you are.

So where does it come from? Do you folks think it's magic? Of the 1.6 million who have applied for ACA 1.4 Million signed up for Medicaid. Record Numbers on Food Stamps

Taking from many of the very rich and redistributing it would be fine by me.

That is NOT what is happening. The very rich just do not have enough. Even the massive Obama tax hike on them last year only raised 40 Billion. Less than we spent on Sandy recovery. The Middle Class always pays

All the parts ? You must be joking. I bet that about 99.9 percent of the people who know anything about apartheid would disagree with you. The radical rightists on this forum would not, but they are not grounded in reality. You're on the wrong sided of history, Ginny. Rarely has their ever been a statesman with the spiritual values Mendela possessed. But you wouldn't understand that.
Yeah, Right!

Quote:
Nelson Mandela was the head of UmKhonto we Sizwe, (MK), the terrorist wing of the ANC and South African Communist Party. He had pleaded guilty to 156 acts of public violence including mobilizing terrorist bombing campaigns, which planted bombs in public places, including the Johannesburg railway station. Many innocent people, including women and children, were killed by Nelson Mandela’s MK terrorists.

During his 27 years in prison, Mandela was offered a full pardon if he would publically denounce terrorism. He refused.

This is a very interesting and worthwhile post, Ginny. Thanks for taking the time to put this together. The list of Obama's accomplishments is as long or longer, even despite Republican obstructionism, but I I will not take the time to put it together. You can read many of them in the book, The New New Deal.

I have seen a list of obozos accomplishments they are all bad and it's a long list

For the well-being of thousands and thousands -- no, millions -- of Americans, Obama will be known for ObamaCare, and will go down favorably in history. Through his efforts, at least 40,000 lives will be saved each year. His insurance plan will be a success. Time will show this, though you will never admit it. We can argue about this all year on this forum. But I predict that he will be known for the great achievements he has made despite Republican opposition.
