Thoughts on Today's Verse....
When was the last time you thought of yourself as "the righteousness of God"? What does that mean anyway? It means that we have the best of qualities, found in the best of beings! But we know we are not god-like! We know our fallibility and flaws! We know our imperfections and our inconsistencies! How can we be "the righteousness of God"? Jesus, the perfect and sinless Righteous One of God, became our sin for us so we could be his righteousness. More than grace, that's a miracle! And a miracle, dear friend of Jesus, is exactly what you are!!
My Prayer...
Thank you, gracious and loving Father, for saving me and making me perfect through your sacrificial gift of your Son. Please use me to communicate your grace and your salvation with someone around me who hasn't accepted your grace. In the name of Jesus, my older brother and Savior, I pray. Amen.

We praise him for his gift of Jesus to atone for our sins, his gift of mercy to perfect our failings, his gift of patience to help us straighten out our inconsistencies, and ultimately, his gift of love to provide our salvation.

Bennett is a former military intelligence insider who has had his life and career destroyed because he loved his country and spoke up about serious concerns he had. In the course of being vilified, harassed and falsely imprisoned by the United States government, Bennett learned more about the web of financial misdealing and compromised, conflicted abuse of office and power by corrupted officials. Those included high level member of the Bush Administration, such as former Secretary of Homeland Security Michael Chertoff, as well as Eric Holder and Loretta Lynch.

I will never forget the religious leaders in Lebanon last December saying to me, We cannot trust the United States government. You are now bombing ISIS, when two or three years ago, you were arming what is now ISIS?!

Obama recently lashed out against the idea of giving preference to Christian refugees, describing it as shameful: Thats not American. Thats not who we are. We dont have religious tests to our compassion, loftily added the American president.
Accordingly, the administration is still determined to accept 10,000 more Syrian refugees, almost all of whom will be Muslim, despite the fact that some are ISIS operatives, while many share the ISIS worldview (as explained below).
Yet right as Obama was grandstanding about who we are, statistics were released indicating that the current [refugee] system overwhelmingly favors Muslim refugees. Of the 2,184 Syrian refugees admitted to the United States so far, only 53 are Christians while 2,098 are Muslim.
Aside from the obviousor to use Obamas own word, shamefulpro-Muslim, anti-Christian bias evident in these statistics, there are a number of other troubling factors as well.
