An election has been held; however, there is this little document you may have heard of- The Constitution of the United States in which Amendment I (1791) provides for "the freedom of speech". An individual may be "Duly Elected" but the election does not allow for the abridgment of a citizens, any citizens, "freedom of speech" or in this forum "freedom" of posting.

The technology has beat me. I cannot figure out how to post a general comment. My brain is compelling me to post something on gun control. I will just use you.

About two weeks ago on another site, an individual informed me, " you do not understand the 2nd Amendment or how to interpret it." It raised my ire somewhat! The ugly voice on my left shoulder ( pun intended) took over. I pulled out Webster's Unabridged Dictionary and went to work. Below for all of us who obviously just do not understand the 2Amendment is a rewrite. Please forward it at will.

Well back in 1967 when I volunteered for "Operation Deep Freeze" all who did were required to undergo a psychiatric evaluation and I was found to be sane and normal. Can you verify that you have been declared sane by a professional? I doubt it!

I love to see left leaning people question the law school that anyone graduated from. I have to always tell people about my niece who never lost a case against a dead beat dad, because of DNA, of course. She prosecuted those slobs for the City of Cleveland for a number of years and then went to teenagers in a different part of the city.

Then Dee went to work for the Ohio Securities Commission and finally applied for a job prosecuting for the US Securities and Exchange Commission. The day she interviewed two Harvard graduates were talking about their school of graduation. They asked her where she went to school and proudly she told them it was Cleveland State. They laughed and giggled a bit and all of a sudden the wheels came out of their office and announced that they were going out to lunch and that Dee, by name, should go with them and the two Harvard grads should get their lunch in the cafeteria downstairs.

Now the best part comes since she had prepared a case for the OEC to use against a business and the SEC had decided to take the case so they just took her case, lock, stock and barrel and got their man. They knew about her work so she had a leg up in the first place.

Dee always said that her peers called her "Old Charts and Graphs" because she always had those things for judges to see in her cases. Her boss told her one time that if she could have the defending lawyers crying by 10:00 am they could make the 1:00 plane from San Francisco back to Chicago. I said I didn't believe that lawyers would stoop to anything so low as crying and she replied that they, indeed, do even go that low. I guess they teach that kind of behavior at Harvard. The two Harvard grads didn't ever get on with the SEC. Of course, they only had degrees in law and she had one in Accounting also which was a lot of the cause of charts and graphs.

When the leaners have to suggest psychiatric care they are admitting they are at the end of their chain and can't argue any more.

Here come the judge-I love this lady as I wish she could order a rope for the younger Son and his Mother to carry sentence of Hanging Like right now if you know what I mean. And any other Terrorist that would like to go to get your Virgins in Hell Fire!!!! Sure would be cheaper than bullets the rope and hangman noose that is also tax payers dollars too.
