What school did this judge graduate from?The Miranda rights are the cornerstone of our freedom.Who should decide who should receive this right and who should be denied.If he wasn't read his rights then he may not be able to be prosecuted.I wish to remind this judge that Military convictions are abysmal,while civilian courts have convicted all of the terrorists that they have captured.If she wasn't so blinded by her hatred of a black "AMERICAN,duly elected president"then maybe she would have used some common sense and stopped her ti-raid at the first half of her rant.

She graduated from Albany Law School. You may have failed to remember that an individual CAN BE held for forty eight (48) hours without being mirandized. Just one of those small things she knows that you obviously do not. She probably learned it in law school.
As to the President, the general phrase is the "first black President". One has to wonder how his Caucasian mother is so often ignored. He in fact is bi-racial.

Thank you so much. Technology is a new thing for me. Every site has certain quirks for me to learn. There is on site so difficult they have never adequately set up an account, and I have to hook onto someone else's post to comment.

I never watch Judge Jeanneane but after this I will surely watch her in case she comes up with something equally as good. This one contains just too much t***h for the worshipers of our Glorious Leader and his method of leading from behind.
If that woman comes back and is not arrested for that outstanding warrant there is no justice in this country, IMO.
I have failed to hear much about her except what I hear on Fox News where they don't report anything but what she has said in the same kind of audios that the good Judge played for us.

It is so good that someone who ways technology is a new thing and catches on so soon. Many of the leaners who post here just can't take one hint and then don't catch on to how simple it is to do what is needed.

As you appear, from a previous post, to have an interest in the law, the practice of medicine is illegal unless you are a doctor. It appears you are practicing medicine without a license when direct the need for psychiatric care to an individual. Which law school for you?
