The DOJ don't investigate legal medical procedures not matter how much you right wingers bitch and moan because you don't agree with an issue.
A district judge ordered the distributor of those tapes to cease distribution......why? Because the judge knew that using harvested tissue for research is not illegal and the tapes were being distributed in order to incite emotion among the anti-abortion crowd. In earlier years, such incitement has led to the murder of clinic staff, and Reading some of the posts on OPP, I can understand the judge's concerns.

There is nothing to approve or disapprove when it comes to any administration and the use of tissue for medical research. It's legal and if you disapprove, take it up with someone who gives a crap about what you approve or disapprove.

Very few reasons for an abortion, remember ObamaCare forced birth control to be paid for yet we hear all sorts of reasons, I forgot, we can't afford, but I'm in school so this their reason for murder, SICK!!!
