I realize it's not 100% your fault that you are the way you are.. Liberals/Progressives have convinced you that you're not equal to whites (the soft racism of low expectations) and you've bought into it.

When a person accepts affirmative action, they accept the notion that they are inferior and can't compete head-to-head with some poor white dirt farmer's kid...

When they accept that when blacks kill blacks it's not as bad as when whites kill blacks, then they assume that blacks are inferior to non-blacks and killing each other is some primal urge that they can't help.

When you decide that when blacks loot and burn because of 'whitey', then you have decided that blacks are slaves and are incapable of self control.

Yes, other people are to blame too, to a small degree... But you're the one that's got to change.

You can't expect people to treat you like an equal if you don't consider yourself equal.

No gesture will bring back the nine killed in the right wing racist terrorist attack. The gesture of removing a flag that has been used as a symbol of racism, segregation and hate is a significant move toward healing some of the racial divide that still plagues the American South. It is also an act that is the opposite of what the terrorist had hoped to achieve. It is a worthwhile endeavor on either count.

Kevyn, the only thing that wasn't bull shit you said was, No gesture will bring back the nine killed... the part, killed in the right wing racist terrorist attack, is pure Bull Shit too. That was no "right wing terrorist attack." You can't even make the case for that. I would like to say that Roof was a mentally sick individual for his sake, but that too is not true. He is just an evil person whose actions will help the Obama administration create a racial war.

You know, I have relatives in a southern state which has the Confederate "battle flag" incorporated into it and about 10-15 years ago the state voted to keep the state flag exactly as it was adopted in the late 1800's. I understand many blacks voted to keep the flag as is at that time also. You probably don't know the difference between the battle flag and the Confederate State Flag do you. Qucik, go look it up so you can say you do.

If you look at my previous posts you will see that I refered to the confederate battle flag and have known of its origin and use for decades. Anyone who carries out terrorist attacks is obviously mentally unstable. This guy was recruited and groomed by right wing white supremacy web sites in the exact same way that unstable youth are recruited by ISIL and Alqaeda web sites. On another subject, how do you make the text show up all in red? it does a good job of making you look realy angry and crazy! People can picture you, face bright red, spittle flying out of your mouth as you pound away at your keyboard screaming and swearing, it is a great effect.

Muslums are not mentally unstable any more than anyone else, however the Muslums who commit murderous acts of terrorism certainly are, as are the right wing nutters who do the same. News reports show that this little terrorist snot was constantly on right wing white suprimisist websites, exactly the way ISIL recruits its week minded followers. As far as the flag, I took a course on the Civil War years ago where I learned about the flag and it's use and origins. It is not like it is some secret Klan handshake that nobody outside the club knows about. I couldn't give a damn if you fly a hundred and burn crosses in your own lawn, I however strongly support tha flags removal from any and all government buildings and use in any official capacity.
