That is a very good point. Another good point is that years from now they'll probably blame us because they have a mortgage, a job with a boss that has an attitude, an over bearing wife and 2.1 kids that want designer jeans. They'll probably recollect the good ol' days when they had a tent, a good submissive Muslim wife and obedient kids.

This program is not using taxpayer money. Only Congress can authorize the spending of tax dollars. The funds are provided through the Overseas Private Investment Corporation using private funds.

How about finding a like to the GAO which a number of articles claim reported this, by the way, I did check the GAO web site and found nothing.
