Seems like the words give and loan have the same meaning around here... Also ever think there may be some Muslims who are real Americans just like you, and they may not be part of any terrorist group, maybe the plan is to help free market capitalism grow in places where it is rare or non existent .... ever think there may be a better way to spread democracy that k*****g people.. 300 million sounds cheaper than o*******wing a foreign government by war to me.... Jesse.... Military aid and business loans are apples and oranges... maybe if there were more business loans the need for military aid would decrease.

The link stated the loans were for American business in the west bank... I agree with the lack of confidence given the track record of this region. 330 million is a small amount of money to risk. Anything is better than war.
