How dumb can you be, Do they actually think we believe this crapola.

The Obama minion wrote: “No President can order a wiretap. Those restrictions were put in place to protect citizens from people like you.”

Well of course the President can and knowing how that POS deceived and defrauded this nation I have no doubt he did it toom. HE went in search of a warrant how many times?? I believe three times~ the first rejected by Russia..

Anyway~~

In Chapter 36 of Title 50 of the US Code *War and National Defense", Subchapter 1, Section 1802, we read the following:

(1) Notwithstanding any other law, the President, through the Attorney General, may authorize electronic surveillance without a court order under this subchapter to acquire foreign intelligence information for periods of up to one year if the Attorney General certifies in writing under oath that—
(A) the electronic surveillance is solely directed at—
(i) the acquisition of the contents of communications t***smitted by means of communications used exclusively between or among foreign powers, as defined in section 1801(a)(1), (2), or (3) of this title; or
(ii) the acquisition of technical intelligence, other than the spoken communications of individuals, from property or premises under the open and exclusive control of a foreign power, as defined in section 1801(a)(1), (2), or (3) of this title;
(B) there is no substantial likelihood that the surveillance will acquire the contents of any communication to which a United States person is a party; and
(C) the proposed minimization procedures with respect to such surveillance meet the definition of minimization procedures under section 1801(h) of this title; and
if the Attorney General reports such minimization procedures and any changes thereto to the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence and the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence at least thirty days prior to their effective date, unless the Attorney General determines immediate action is required and notifies the committees immediately of such minimization procedures and the reason for their becoming effective immediately.
While (B) seems to contradict the underlying permissive nature of Section 1802 as it involves a United States person, what the Snowden affair has demonstrated all too clearly, is how frequently the NSA and FISA court would make US citizens collateral damage. To be sure, many pointed out the fact that Fox News correspondent James Rosen was notoriously wiretapped in 2013 when the DOJ was investigating government leaks. The Associated Press was also infamously wiretapped in relation to the same investigation."

Turd ,
you moron . Of course he or his staff could order it. He
plugged all his bobble headed operatives into high places as head of the FBI
and Justice dept. You know moron , the overseer of the FBI.

The reason Trump went public with this is that there are subversive
forces within all governmental dept.'s and public pressure will push for t***hs.
Dumbass.

Thank you LJ. As usual you post the facts and as usual they will flow right through one ear and Swiss cheese of a brain and right out of nests other ear. Everyone with a brain knows this was done with the full knowledge and support of Obama. That girly man needs drug out of his new mansion, tarred and feathered and run out of this country on a rail. Trump needs to wise up and play hardball. With Sessions recusing himself he leaves Obama loyalist's in control. I believe Trump needs to recess appoint his Deputy Attorneys General. What say you?

Got one for you 'sucker' how about "The Demolition Party" of which is quite true of the so- called Democratic Party. As it appears that their goal is to destroy our political system. Hopefully the bastards end up destroying themselves.

Trump is a mess and is having a hissy fit as evident by his tweeting about Obama wiretapping his Trump Tower. Trump knows he is involved with Russia and Putin and is also upset about the screw up that Sessions had. What a wasted of time and money Trump is doing, he obviously does not care about the responsibilities of our president and only likes being theatrical to get cheers from his supporters.

Yes they did, including Obama, but not Trump as he is a businessman who said that tax c***ting is what a smart businessman does. So far, no one knows what Trump will actually do for Americans as he seems more interested in his theatrics and winning.

It would be hard for him to steal as much as the Clinton's and now O'Bozo His wife Muchell Spent $ 800/900 on her 'vacations' alone. You have to give the "demolition" party credit, because their h**e for Trump they will be watching him like a 14 yr, old male peeking into the back window of Leroy Slicks masagge parlor with tool in hand.
