I had a high zoot French Restaurant, and when we repurposed left overs, such as chicken, the special du jour would be called Garbeure du Poulet, or Boeuf or wh**ever it was. Sold out every time. Garbeure, the word for garbage.

When I was a kid my parents brought us to a farmer's market. My mother always called it "the used food market". I always thought that was funny.
Also ironic because most Farmers Market have the freshest everything.. I love the brown eggs I always got there.. Along with everything else, plants, flowers etc..

People eat and drink the romance of the product. Pour a bottle of Vin ordinaire into a revered label of Ch**eau IpsyPipsy and everyone and anyone will drink it with piety. The same with the origins of food, Close Warm And Fuzzy Farms tastes better than Acme Mega Farm Foods. It's all in the story.

Absolutely right... However you pour Paul Latour 1993 Special Edition Sauvignon and I'm going to know it regardless of its bottle...
What you say is correct, all in the presentation, just like food your serving...
