Not sure the courts would make the same mistake after Obama has rewritten the law with the moving of mandates. The first time there the courts redefined how fine was stated as a fine or tax, judgement call and now they have something to judge that by. What is being done no is against the constitution.

Just keep reminding everyone, that Obamacare is not healthcare, it is a mandate to purchase federally mandated health insurance coverage, it is a tax.

I agree with you that this is Obama's way of getting his hands on our healthcare system, to fundamentally change it in to a single payer system. Many Dr.s will leave the profession if that happens.
