The VV does, indeed, have his briefs on. Briefly, let me brief you on the rationale: When briefs are in use, they are "on," even if only for a brief time. When they are on a brief vacation, they are "off," which, in brief, is the opposite of "on."

My progeny are the reason I don't celebrate Christmas. After seeing to theirs, there is nothing left to celebrate with.

I was thinking those things that leave a barrel. You recover them, clean them and reload them. :|
