You are going to have a field day with me, I write as I talk... no fancy words, punctuation is hit and miss, and I often misspell common words. But, don't hold back. I am young and willing to learn!

Alex, where do I begin? It is considered proper to capitalize the first word of a sentence. "Asked," not "ask." "Dummies" should have the possessive apostrophe after the last letter, as is proper to indicate the plural possessive. Period after "did," indicating the end of the sentence, and comma after is. Period after better. If your communication sk**ls do not show rapid improvement, I will have you shot at sunrise every day for a week. After which, you will be beheaded.

You did not provide the VV with appropriate holiday attire? :?: seems unkind as he is on a brief vacation. :|

We allow Alex these errors as he is "my" Alex. He has never made any pretension to grammatical sk**ls.

At the cost of ammunition, do you really want to use it on "my" Alex. I can think of others it would better be utilized on.

The VV's briefs are in use, not on vacation.

Although you do not celebrate Christmas, did you make an exception for the VV and perhaps obtain some new festive briefs?

Although either can be used, "enquire" is the more appropriate form, as "inquire" is more properly reserved for more formal occasions; such as a "formal inquiry." Consider yourself enlightened. Character may be improved by enlightenment, but is beyond the scope of this interface, unless, of course, my palm is crossed with silver.
