Former United States Attorney General Michael Mukasey tells MSNBC that not only is Hillary Clinton's private email server illegal, it "disqualifies" her from holding any federal office.


Such as, say, President of the United States.

"If you do this or that bad thing, you've essentially disqualified yourself as being the leader of the free world," said Mukasey, referring to the illegal server and the illegal handling of classified materials.

Mukasey specifically points to one federal law, Title 18. Section 2071.

For those of us who do not have United States Code committed to memory, here's what it says:

“(a)

Whoever willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, or destroys, or attempts to do so, or, with intent to do so takes and carries away any record, proceeding, map, book, paper, document, or other thing, filed or deposited with any clerk or officer of any court of the United States, or in any public office, or with any judicial or public officer of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.

(b)

Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States. As used in this subsection, the term “office” does not include the office held by any person as a retired officer of the Armed Forces of the United States.”


Yes, it explicitly states "shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States."

The households of i*****l i*******ts receive an average of about $1,000 more annually in federal welfare benefits than do the households of non-immigrant recipients, a new analysis finds.

According to the immigration control advocacy group, Center for Immigration Studies, which breaks down federal cost data from 2012, the welfare payout to likely i*****l i*******t households averages $5,692 yearly, compared with the average $4,431 welfare payout to non-immigrant households collecting the benefit.

The CIS analysis study points out i*****l i*******ts are barred from directly receiving welfare, but may obtain it through their U.S.-born children.

All immigrant-headed households — legal and illegal — receive an average of $6,241 in welfare, 41 percent more than the $4,431 received by a non-immigrant household on welfare, according to the analysis.

The total cost is over $103 billion in welfare benefits to households headed by immigrants. A majority, 51 percent, receive some type of welfare compared with 30 percent of non-immigrant U.S. households, the analysis shows.

Immigrants receiving the most in the study of 2012 figures come from Mexico and Central America, which collect an average of $8,251 yearly, 86 percent higher than the benefits used by non-immigrant households, the analysis finds.


The breakdown also shows the average immigrant household collects 33 percent more cash welfare, 57 percent more food assistance, and 44 percent more in Medicaid dollars than the average non-immigrant household collecting those benefits.

Housing costs are about the same for both groups.

"While it is important for Americans to understand the rate of welfare use among immigrants, expressing that use in dollar terms offers a more tangible metric that is tied to current debates over fiscal policy. With the nation facing a long-term budgetary deficit, this study helps illuminate immigration's impact on the problem," report author Jason Richwine writes.

The recession ended nearly seven years ago. But for millions of Americans, the damage will endure for decades to come.

An estimated one in six U.S. workers lost a job between 2007 and 2009. The labor market’s postrecession recovery was painfully slow and halting. The full toll won’t be known for decades, but it already is clear that years of widespread, persistent unemployment and underemployment have had serious consequences for individual workers and the nation as a whole.

Here are some of the scars inflicted on American workers by the 2007-2009 recession, based on decades of academic research into the effects of job loss.

Taking a Pay Cut
A layoff means the loss of a paycheck. But even when unemployed workers find new jobs, they usually earn less than did before – especially during recessions, when it is more difficult to find a well-paying job. For workers who were displaced in 2007-2009 and re-employed by early 2010, the average drop in inflation-adjusted weekly earnings was 17.5%, according to an analysis of Labor Department. Many others were unable to find work at all. Historically, only about one in four displaced workers gets back to their pre-layoff earnings after five years.

Smaller Paychecks for Decades
Even years later, workers who were laid off tend to earn smaller paychecks compared with workers who kept their jobs. The estimated scale of the loss can vary from study to study. A 2011 paper said earnings losses of 15% to 20% after 10 to 20 years for people displaced during recessions, and even people displaced during economic expansions saw long-term losses of about 10%. A 2015 paper found a long-term wage hit of more than 10%, with more severe losses after a second or third displacement. Long-term unemployment can be especially damaging, with workers who were unemployed longer than six months earning 32% less after 10 years versus a 9% loss for those with a shorter spell of joblessness, according to a 2014 working paper. A February working paper said that comparing displaced workers with a control group of continuously employed workers may overstate the damage to earnings; an alternative approach found a loss of 5% after 10 years, instead of 25%.

Homeownership Gap
The Boston Fed’s analysis found workers who have been unemployed also were less likely to own a home. “This homeownership gap closes over time … as more years elapse since an individual’s last unemployment spell,” Boston Fed economist Daniel Cooper wrote. “Indeed, the gap is roughly halved after 10 years and is nonexistent after 20 years.” But for workers who were unemployed longer than six months, he found, the homeownership gap did not close even after 20 years.

Psychological Problems
The cost of job loss isn’t limited to money. Studies have found unemployment generates feelings of anxiety and shame and is linked with higher rates of depression, according to a review by University of California, Los Angeles sociologist Jennie Brand. But there may be a silver lining: Ms. Brand said the psychological effects may be less severe when people are displaced during a severe recession like the 2007-2009 downturn, when so many other people are in similar situations. “When you lose a job and it’s a big recession and people are coming to expect it’s a possibility, it’s less likely you think, ‘There’s something wrong with me, and I lost my job because I’m not a great worker,’” she said in an interview.

Shorter Lifespans
The evidence is somewhat mixed on how unemployment affects physical health. Some studies have found health actually improves during recessions as, for instance, people smoke and drink less. But other research points to negative effects, including a 2009 study that found a spike in mortality for Pennsylvania men who were laid off in the early 1980s. Economists Anne Case and Angus Deaton have found that the death rate for middle-aged w****s in the U.S. has been rising as a result of suicides, substance abuse and liver diseases, all possibly the result of economic distress. And a working paper this year found “strong evidence that economic downturns lead to increases in substance-use disorders involving hallucinogens and prescription pain relievers.”

One refrain we hear often from readers of Real Time Economics is that the majority of jobs employers are creating are — in their words — not good, part time, temporary or seasonal minimum-wage positions offering scant benefits, mostly in the service sector.

“Nobody could live on just one of these jobs,” J. Thomas Gaffney wrote in a Facebook comment in March. “It’s not the quantity of jobs that matters, it’s the quality, and these jobs are not quality jobs that pay a living wage or provide decent benefits.”

Mr. Gaffney’s comments, and others like it, pose a difficult question: How do you measure the quality of all the jobs the U.S. added and lost in a given month?

The top line figure from the employment report masks all sorts of variation. Millions of Americans quit or are laid off each month, while millions are hired to new jobs. The monthly number of jobs created is the net total of all that underlying change. Some industries are losing jobs, others are gaining. Even within industries, some firms will be growing and some shrinking every month. Some jobs may only be a few hours a week, or have very low wages; others pay very well.

We took a cue from our readers’ comments and looked at job gains in various sectors and how much these positions pay on average. It’s an inexact calculation because people working in the same industry might be paid at wildly different rates. But by looking at the change in roughly 100 industry sub-sectors, this calculation gives a clear picture of whether it’s been high-wage or low-wage industries that have added jobs since the recession started.


What Mr. Gaffney assumed is partially correct. It’s true that since 2007, job growth has come from a large range of fairly low-wage sectors. The food and drinking services industry, which includes most bars and restaurants, has grown by 17% — while average weekly pay in this industry is only $339 a week. Home-health care services — mostly home-health aides — has grown by an astonishing 48%, but the average weekly pay is only $548.


It’s also true that many of the shrinking industries have been middle wage. Specialty trade contractors — which includes many construction workers — has seen employment fall by more than 10%. Those jobs paid more than $1,000 a week. Other middle-wage jobs losing employment include many manufacturing industries.

But it’s far from the case that all the new jobs have been in low-wage industries. These higher-wage industries have been adding jobs at a brisk clip: computer systems design and related services (an industry that includes many software developers and pays $1,731 a week on average), other information services (which includes many internet companies and pays $1,357 a week), management and technical consulting ($1,434 a week) and hospitals ($1,133 a week).

Overall, the data also show that more people work minimum wage or involuntarily part time than prior to the recession. But most of this increase occurred during the recession in 2008 and 2009.

The number of minimum wage and part time workers has declined over the past five years. There are currently about 2.6 million workers earning the minimum wage. That’s up from 1.7 million in 2007, but down substantially from 4.4 million in 2010. There are currently about six million people who work part time but want full-time hours. That’s up from about four million in 2007, but down substantially from nine million in 2009 and 2010.

So were all the jobs we created since the recession bad? Well, yes and no. It’s true that many low-wage industries have been growing, many middle-wage industries have shrunk, and more people work part time or for minimum wage than did a decade ago. But it’s also true many middle- and high-wage industries are growing too, and the number of minimum wage and part-time workers has gradually been declining over last 5 years

You Don't Own Yourself — The Federal Reserve Does

When I looked at my own Birth Certificate, I noticed it was a copy of the original.

So I went through old boxes and baby books that my Mom had saved before she died and found what I was looking for — my original Birth Certificate. It was brittle and yellowed with decades of age but — wow — it was NOT the original!!
It seems none of us have our original Birth Certificates — they are all copies.

And the copies have a serial number on them, issued on special Bank Bond paper and authorized by "The American Bank Note Company." Huh?

The t***h is stranger than fiction. But here it is:

It seems that back in 1913 the United States was short of cash. By the end of World War I, wartime costs had depleted the treasury and there were several really bad financial panics.

The country needed to print more money than it had as equity to restore confidence in the money supply and get the economy back on its feet.

When you or I need more money, we use something as collateral and go to a bank for a loan. When a country needs more money it has to go somewhere also. But in 1913 there wasn't anywhere to go.

So the US created the Federal Reserve Act. This established a private central bank (The Federal Reserve Bank) that would regulate the amount of money the US government was allowed to borrow and put in circulation. It also would expect to be repaid, like any bank, with interest.

After only 20 years things went from bad to worse. During Franklin D. Roosevelt's presidency, in 1933, the US was unable to pay its debt. The county was bankrupt.

The private banks that made up the Federal Reserve demanded their money and Roosevelt responded. He had to use the only thing left of any value to pay the banks and continue doing business with them — the citizens of our country. Us!

Exactly how all this was orchestrated is too lengthy to be addressed here, but this much can be told.

The original birth or naturalization record for every U.S. Citizen is on file in the official records in Washington, D.C. (you get to keep a copy!) and the property and assets of every living U.S. Citizen is pledged as collateral for the National Debt!

Within two weeks and three days each Certificate of Live Birth is to be filed in Washington D.C. Evidence reveals that there is even a Federal Children Department established by the Shepherd/ Townsend Act of 1922 under the Department of Commerce that appears to be involved in this process in some way.

Every citizen is given a number (the red number on the Birth Certificate) and each live birth is valued at from 650,000 to 750,000 Federal Reserve dollars in collateral from the Fed.

This kind of makes you feel a little different when you look at Federal Reserve Chairman, Bernanke, doesn't it?

OK. Let's take a pause to look at the Birth Certificates [below]. You will see the red numbers and you will see the fact that it is, in reality, a "Bank Note." Congratulations — you and I are commodities!

Since the early 1960s, State governments have issued Birth Certificates to "persons" with legal fictional names using "ALL CAPS" names. This is not a lawful record of your physical birth, but rather the acknowledgement of the "birth" of the juristic, all-caps name.

It may appear to be your true name, but since no proper name is ever written in all caps (either lawfully or grammatically) it does not identify who you are.

The Birth Certificate is the government's self-created document of title for its new property — you and me! In a way, it makes us a kind of corporation whose company name is the same as our real name, but written in ALL CAPS.

This "corporation" then generates taxes and wealth over its lifetime and in this way repays the collateral that Uncle Sam borrowed from the Federal Reserve.

Remember that "Bond" thing printed on the bottom of the certificate?

Bond. I a: A usually formal written agreement by which a person undertakes to perform a certain act (as fulfill the obligations of a contract) . . with the condition that failure to perform or abstain will obligate the person . . to pay a sum of money or will result in the forfeiture of money put up by the person or surety.

lb: One who acts as a surety.

2: An interest-bearing document giving evidence of a debt issued by a government body or corporation that is sometimes secured by a lien on property and is often designed to take care of a particular financial need. -- Ibid. -- Merriam-Webster Dictionary of Law (1996).

Banknote. A kind of negotiable instrument, a promissory note made by a bank payable to the bearer on demand, used as money, and in many jurisdictions is legal tender. Along with coins, banknotes make up the cash or bearer forms of all modern money.

Birth certificates are a form of securities called "warehouse receipts."

The items included on a warehouse receipt, as descried at §7-202 of the Uniform Commercial Code, the law which governs commercial paper and t***sactions, which parallel a birth certificate are:

•the location of the warehouse where the goods are stored...(residence)
•the date of issue of the receipt.....("Date issued")
•the consecutive number of the receipt...(found on back or front of the certificate, usually in red numbers)
•a description of the goods or of the packages containing them...(name, sex, date of birth, etc.)
•the signature of the warehouseman, which may be made by his authorized agent...(municipal clerk or state registrar's signature)

Birth certificates now appear to at least qualify as "warehouse receipts" under the Uniform Commercial Code. Black's Law Dictionary, 7th ed. defines:

Warehouse Receipt. "...A warehouse receipt, which is considered a document of title, may be a negotiable instrument and is often used for financing with inventory as security."
It is not difficult to see that a state-created Birth Certificate, with an ALL CAPS name is a document evidencing debt the moment it is issued.

Once a state has registered a birth document with the U.S. Department of Commerce, the Department notifies the Treasury Department, which takes out a loan from the Federal Reserve.

The Treasury uses the loan to purchase a bond (the Fed holds a purchase money security interest in the bond) from the Department of Commerce, which invests the sale proceeds in the stock or bond market.

The Treasury Department then issues Treasury securities in the form of Treasury Bonds, Notes, and Bills using the bonds as surety for the new securities.

This cycle is based on the future tax revenues of the legal person whose name appears on the Birth Certificate.

This also means that the bankrupt, corporate U.S. can guarantee to the purchasers of their securities the lifetime labor and tax revenues of every citizen of the United States/American with a Birth Certificate as collateral for payment.

This device is initiated simply by converting the lawful, true name of the child into a legal, juristic name of a person.

Legally, you are considered to be a s***e or indentured servant to the various Federal, State and local governments via your STATE-issued and STATE-created Birth Certificate in the name of your all-caps person.

Birth Certificates are issued so that the issuer can claim exclusive title to the legal person created thereby.

The horrific truck attack by a Muslim terrorist in Nice, France k**led at least 84 people, including 12 children



But unlike Obama’s America after an attack, France started immediately raiding Islamic mosques to see what they could find. After all, far too many people in the Muslim community have not been helpful with bringing forth information to authorities.





And while those French investigators have been called r****ts, a Langy-sur-Marne based mosque was raided this week anyway… And they found a large collection of 7.62 Kalashnikov ammo along with boxes of Islamic State (ISIS) propaganda videos.

Authorities also raided one of the mosque’s leader’s homes, and found a revolver hidden near jihadist documents.





Police also found recordings of religious chants “glorifying the martyrs of jihad linked to the terrorist organization Jabhat al-Nusra”, the Syrian branch of al-Qaeda, the prefecture added. The recordings were found among a wealth of teaching material for young people in an undeclared madrassa, or religious school. Police removed a hard disk and 10 computers. “No request was made to open a private school,” the state prefecture said in its statement.





Mohammed Ramdane, president of the local Muslim association in Lagny, had criticized the closure of the prayer hall at the time, saying: “Nothing has been found in the mosque. Nothing is hidden, we don’t hide anything.

France isn’t messing around. They’ve arrested more than 230 Muslims and collected more than 324 weapons. Many others are under travel bans and house arrest. They have shut down three mosques and have raided more than 2,300 homes.





As France’s Interior Minister Bernard Cazeneuve recently noted:

Cazeneuve said the number of weapons apprehended so far is staggering.

He said: “In mere hours, we have seized one-third of the quantity of war-grade weapons that are normally seized in a year.”





And many French leaders have joined those voices in the EU calling for an end to importing Syrian Islamic refugees, as a proper screening process is impossible.

Compare that to the response we saw from President Barack Obama, who tried to blame the attacks on San Bernardino on “workplace violence” for days, while calling on his Attorney General to prosecute those who speak out against radical Islam. And then after the Orlando terror attack,



Obama blamed guns, against excusing radical Islam — and refusing to even speak the words. It looks like Trump’s comments were right, and it’s time to start treating Muslim communities with suspicion!

This is a book about character. This review covers it chapter by chapter, but Chapter One, the next six paragraphs, gives the reader a feeling for the whole book. It is about two ruthless and unprincipled people and the chaos they caused.

Chapter 1 – The Vase

This is the prelude, a chapter taken out of historical sequence to illustrate what it was like within the Clinton White House. This is the chapter that was released sometime ago in the prepublication buildup.

The vase in question was a White House antique that Hillary threw at Bill. It is a metaphor for the whole Clinton story.

Bill was reckless with his womanizing and his other peccadilloes. He did not hide them well at all, and he certainly did not have the self restraint to avoid embarrassing situations.

Hillary is a truly nasty piece of work. She is ruthlessly ambitious and uses intimidation to force her will on all those around her. She was witheringly profane in her speech to political aides, government functionaries, and especially the staff such as the Secret Service who because of their very positions are not allowed to defend themselves. She is a tyrant, a bully.

They do not understand planning and budgets. They are careless with the public money in their own. They are careless with their plans, making dramatic changes on a whim, keeping their staffs constantly off-balance.

They have no self-restraint, even with each other. That's what the vase is about. Hillary threw a registered piece of White House property, and antique vase, at Bill. It broke. What a potential catastrophe for the Secret Service if she happened to hit him and did him damage! They are there to protect him. As it was, the Clintons' greatest concern seems to have been to concoct an adequate lie to explain why the vase was no longer on the White House inventory.

Chapter 2 The Air Force Security Police

Byrne starts out with his personal history. He comes from an old American line with Irish roots. He spent time in the South, and the sense of honor and morality was inborn.

The sense of responsibility was reinforced by a tour in the Air Force. As those of us of who served in the military in those times will testify, they were not afraid to push us hard and turn us into men. That's what Byrne became.

His 13 month tour in Turkey gave him an appreciation that the Turks were different. He writes that he learned "allies are not friends, nor are they ever to be trusted farther than can be verified."

He was involved in some derring-do with the military police back in the United States at the time of the Grenada invasion in 1982. He recounts in a very matter-of-fact way that he was commanded to have not seen things he had just witnessed, and to deal with a catastrophe brought on by the Air Force's recent commitment to diversity – in this case a woman who folded under pressure and left items for which she was responsible on the tarmac where some got sucked into a jet engine, and there could have been a catastrophe had it been more.

Chapter 3 – Club Fed

Byrne got married and needed a steady job. His wife saw an employment ad for the Secret Service. It required passing a test which was grueling for a guy with dyslexia. It was a tough decision, but he left his job as an assembler at Boeing and went to work for the government. There was another grueling interrogation delving into his character, history, anything untoward in his past.

The training was rigorous, simulating every kind of threat that a president might face. Byrne had a high respect for the level of training and for his fellow Secret Service agents.

Chapter 4 – To the White House

Rookies in the White House Secret Service detail guard the perimeter of the grounds for fence jumpers and the like. The White House is a magnet for crazy people. He routinely dealt with bums urinating in public, dicky wavers and the like. In doing so he developed the camaraderie with his fellow Secret Service agents and at least an appreciation for the Washington Metropolitan police force.

Byrne gives an account of the dangers in the split-second decisions that an officer must make, and that kind of second-guessing that the echelons above him will apply. You not only have to do your job, you have to be concerned for how it will look to others.

Byrne met First Lady Barbara Bush. He was trained not to talk to the people he was protecting – the protectees - so he didn't reply when she said "Good morning." He was relieved to learn that good manners were okay with the Bushes. George H.W. Bush had a rapport with the Secret Service that came of having been in combat himself, putting his own life on the line against the Japanese. The Secret Service respected him. George H.W. Bush was gracious – when he had barbecues, he let the Secret Service join in despite their policy against mingling with the people they protected.

Byrne was very pleased serving George H.W. Bush. Neither he nor anybody in the country had any idea what was coming from the next e******n cycle, 1992.

Chapter 5. Meet the New Boss.

The Secret Service is stretched thin protecting candidates during p**********l e******ns. Byrne's first encounter with the Clinton people was not a pleasant one – being dressed down by some Arkansas lawmen for not screening attendees at a political rally for guns… a task that would have been impossible, especially with an out-of-control protectee such as Bill Clinton.

Some of the Arkansas people were more forthright. "When I asked [an Arkansas Sheriff] about the Clinton's latest rumors, he gave me 1000 yard stare." "Let me tell you something, Gary. Everything – everything they say about them is true. The Clintons are ruthless. And [the media] don't know even the half of it."

Byrne also gives accounts of the Clintons' inability to appreciate the problems of protecting a candidate. They would thoughtlessly put up banners obstructing the ability of counter snipers to protect the president, or bleachers where Air Force One would blow them over with its jet blast. Everything was political, with little appreciation for the practical concerns of everyday people.

Chapter 6. The Boy from Hope, Arkansas

The Clinton entourage arrived from Arkansas with a chip on its shoulder. The Secret Service had to deal with the "don't you know who I am?" kind of question all the time. They were accused of many things, among them being h********c if it was a gay person that they happen to stop.

Byrne writes "Unlike their predecessors, this administration didn’t focus, pace themselves, or even delegate. Staff wore jeans and T-shirts and faced each problem with grand ideological bull sessions. Rival foreign powers could influence the situation and change it before the Clinton administration could mold a plan and implement it. Their helter-skelter approach had deadly consequences abroad."

He describes the conversation about Mogadishu, Somalia, and the incredible ignorance of the political people – George Stephanopoulos, Rahm Emanuel and others – on how one wages war. The decision was made that the Americans who had been sent to quell the trouble there did not need tanks, armored personnel carriers, AC-130 gunships or any of that sort of equipment. "We don't want to look to militant," Army Rangers paid a heavy price for not looking "too intimidating" or "like invaders," valiantly fighting while stripped of the equipment they had requested. They died.

Byrne does not say as much, but to this reviewer it looks like a preview of our screw-ups in Serbia, B******i and elsewhere.

Chapter 7 – Billary

There are numerous anecdotes about the Clintons' total disregard for budgets with regard to such things as catered affairs at the White House, repairing the damage lawns, rewiring the White House and so on. He goes on to recount how Hillary used her famous temper to simply blow through these issues, refusing to accept no for an answer. Hillary vented on everybody. Byrne says that George Stephanopoulos is surprisingly candid on this count in his memoir ""All Too Human."

The gay issue came to the fore when Barney Frank led a group to the White House to demand fulfillment of promises that Bill had made during the campaign. The Secret Service, per protocol, had to examine the personal effects of all of people coming in. Many in the Frank party were HIV-positive and they took umbrage as the Secret Service followed their customary procedure and wore protective gloves in going through personal effects. There was a news story to that effect, embarrassing the Secret Service. Hillary Clinton compounded the problem by making it a huge issue and inadvertently letting the world know about the HIV status of the group.

Hillary berated Vince Foster mercilessly. Byrne says that he is not convinced of the thoroughness of the investigation into his suicide, and says with authority that the materials that were taken out of Foster's office after his death have never reappeared. That said, Blood Sport: The T***h Behind the Scandals in the Clinton White House and other accounts agree that Foster was a man out of place in the White House.

Byrne became friends with Gary Aldrich, the FBI agent who has written his own book, Unlimited Access : An FBI Agent Inside the Clinton White House. Aldrich was frustrated because the Clintons would ask for background investigations on people to gain political information, not for security reasons.

Byrne quotes Aldrich: "Mrs. Clinton [used] security agencies as a hammer to attack and punish those who stood in her way. The FBI, the Secret Service and the Internal Revenue Service hounded and then prosecuted seven innocent men who worked for the White House travel office simply because they were standing in the way of Mrs. Clinton’s political interests and ambitions. She knew federal investigations would destroy those good men, but she wanted her friends in those slots, and that was all that mattered. James Stewart covers this well in "Blood Sport," above.

Byrne cites instances in which he had to say no to Hillary rather than ignore his duties. She cursed at him, she berated him, but she finally had to accept no for an answer.

Chapter Eight. Clinton World

Clinton's young staff had no manners, no decorum. First Chief of Staff Mack McLarty, an Arkansas boy, was simply unable to manage them. Leon Panetta came in and restored order. In a telling incident, President Clinton walked in on a group of his staff who were sitting around with their feet on the table and just gabbing. Panetta was the only one to stand up. He later read them all the r**t act, that they had to show some respect to the boss.

Chapter 9 Oklahoma City

This chapter is a bit of an aside, a commentary on how lax and contradictory procedures invite disaster, which sometimes pays a call.

Chapter 10 Mole

Monica Lewinsky came as a White House intern, and was more than obvious in her campaign to get close to the president. This was at the time of the government shutdown when most staffers were not at work. Clinton figured out what she wanted, and he wanted it also. Soon they were having trysts as he was supposedly "mentoring" her.

Monica used the Secret Service, h*****g around their station so she could hear via radio where the President might be. Though nobody is supposed to have a free run of the White House, Lewinsky had no work to keep her busy and infinite time to probe the avenues that might get her to the President.

It was a game of cat and mouse. Monica probed everywhere she could, and was usually politely rejected by the Secret Service who did not accept her story of having to use the bathroom, deliver a note or wh**ever. But time was on her side – she did penetrate.

Monica used the top-secret White House communication agency telephone, intended for high level military brass, to call Clinton to see if the coast was clear to come to his office.

Byrne stepped out on a limb. On behalf of a group of Secret Service agents, he approached Evelyn Lieberman, the head of personnel, and a woman he respected, with the message that although it would be inappropriate to tell her why, the intern Monica Lewinsky had to be t***sferred out of the West Wing. Lieberman read between the lines and t***sferred her to the East Wing, Hillary's territory.

Chapter 11. Wild Bill.

But Monica came back! She had a badge as a paid p**********l staffer. She was a mistress paid with taxpayer funds. This was a new low for a president.

A White House steward, a guy named Nel, found himself constantly coming across semen and lipstick stained towels. He was distraught – and one day showed some to Byrne. Nel was a Navy chief petty officer reduced to washing the president's incriminatingly soiled towels by hand to protect the President from embarrassment.

It wasn't just Monica. They knew the women in the White House by the lipstick that they were, and there were several colors.

Byrne took some incriminating materials that Nel had given him and put them in a burn bag. He then managed to get the burn bag into his car with the intent of destroying it personally, to protect the president. By the way, at this point in history special prosecutor Kenneth Starr had already started to investigate the Arkansas scandals concerning Whitewater and Paula Jones.

But this was ridiculous! He was risking his career to protect a President who wouldn't protect himself.

Chapter 12. USSS Work Environment

Byrne's sense of loyalty to the presidency was never in question, but his loyalty to Bill Clinton the man was certainly frayed and his commitment to the United States Secret Service was diminishing. His colleagues remain his closest friends. However, at the top the Clintons were trying to change the structure of the Secret Service.

Hillary brought a diversity policy to the White House, and a Diversity Club was formed, limited to nonwhite males. Byrne was incensed. He told his boss that he was a non-white male and wanted to join. He was the only Irish – Lebanese person of Arabic descent in the White House. And he was allowed to attend!

The topics under discussion were discrimination in promotions and the use of the Spanish language. Byrne, though he had not felt welcome at the meeting, had witnessed with his own eyes a lieutenant. who should not have had access to Secret Service promotion test sheets actually changing them. The National Enquirer has dropped its own October Surprise it’s a doozy. Running a cover that boldly proclaims, “Hillary Hitman Tells All!” the tabloid rag claims that it has finally made contact with Bill and Hillary’s “Mr. Fix It,” a shadowy figure who was responsible for sweeping a slew of sleazy Clinton controversies under the rug and out of the public eye – all the way back to 1992.

He had worked as a “fixer” in Hollywood throughout the ‘80s and early ‘90s, someone who would tap into his network of journalists and publicists to prevent any unflattering stories about his clients to come to light. In 1991, the Clintons, who were then just beginning to appear on the national stage, sent a middleman to recruit Mr. Fix It for their own nefarious purposes.

While Bill remained somewhat oblivious of the arrangement, Hillary monitored Mr. Fix It more closely, secretly diverting $4,000 a month to keep him at hand. Even back then, Hillary had her sights set on a high-powered political career, and she would not let anything – or anyone – get in the way.

Whenever word of Bill’s rampant lechery threatened to go public, Hillary summoned Mr. Fix It to make the bad press go away by wh**ever means necessary. The underground operative describes bribing reporters and photographers, buying silence from Bill’s victims, and swapping favors on behalf of the Clintons to ensure that Hillary’s name was never tarnished.

Mr. Fix It finally quit his gig with the Clinton’s in 2008, claiming that he could no longer work with such a hostile and morally bankrupt family. He had initially planned to keep their secrets: Bill had largely faded from the public eye due to heart troubles and Hillary finally seemed content to have achieved the post of Secretary of State, a powerful job to which Mr. Fix It believed Hillary could dev**e herself.

However, Mr. Fix it decided that it was time to break his silence after seeing the Clinton campaign hypocritically d**g Donald Trump through the mud for supposedly abusing women.

“Predictably, the liberal media is focusing on one man’s alleged misdeeds and ignoring another’s proven sins,” he wrote in his own words, adding: “Nothing I have heard comes close to the sexual and moral corruption of the Clintons – many of which have yet to be revealed.”

Hillary and her pack of mainstream media guard dogs have repeatedly badgered the Trump camp for pinning Bill’s philandering onto his poor, heartbroken wife. If the bold claims in this new story are true, though, Hillary’s entire narrative falls apart.

Not only was Hillary aiding and abetting Slick Willy’s chauvinistic ways, but the supposed “victim” in the whole arrangement was also throwing wads of cash around to make sure that her husband’s extramarital conquests kept quiet.

As for Bill’s most famous fling – then-24-year-old Monica Lewinsky – the Enquirer purports that Mr. Fix It handed over a White House memo that outlined the brutal smear campaign that administration officials would deploy to keep the Clintons’ reputation intact. The memo is dated January 27, 1998, one month after Lewinsky’s final White House visit and two weeks after Linda Tripp tipped off Ken Starr about Bill’s affair.

Under strict orders from Hillary, Mr. Fix It began feeding his vast web of journos lie after lie about Lewinsky, fabricating dozens of humiliating stories about the unsuspecting young woman in a desperate effort to hide the t***h. While she slyly played up her role as an unwitting victim in the public sphere, Hillary schemed behind closed doors to make sure she came out of the whole Lewinsky mess in a favorable position to facilitate her rise to power.

Mr. Fix It also claims that he played a crucial role in yet another “conspiracy theory” that has hounded the Clintons for decades: the mysterious death of Vince Foster. When Foster’s body was discovered, Mr. Fix It was ordered by White House officials to fend off the press that were already sniffing around for answers.

He later learned why: Hillary’s chief of staff had been ordered by the First Lady herself to sterilize Foster’s office of any documents that would implicate her or Bill in the Whitewater scandal. Boxes of critical documents were removed, scanned for any incriminating evidence, and then placed back into the office before investigators were called to the scene.

Meanwhile, Mr. Fix It had the unenviable task of allaying the media’s suspicion for the entirety of the two hours that Hillary had direct access to Foster’s Whitewater documents. The tabloids eventually began running their versions of the story, without any information coming from the usually-reliable Mr. Fix It.

If getting saddled with the heavy burden of the Clintons’ dirty laundry were not enough, Mr. Fix It was even called on to arrange a lesbian tryst between Hillary and a powerful Hollywood executive. He claims that he helped sneak the pair into a suite at the Beverly Hills Hotel for an illicit romp.

While Hillary’s cronies in the media have swooped in to discredit the National Enquirer as a baseless gossip factory, they have conveniently ignored the many times that seemingly outlandish stories broken by the Enquirer turned out to be 100% true.

Democratic p**********l hopeful John Edwards’ affair with Rielle H****r was broken by the Enquirer long before any other publication picked up the story, as were Tiger Woods’ multiple affairs. Rush Limbaugh’s housekeeper spilled the beans about the conservative icon’s prescription drug abuse to an Enquirer reporter.

If the sordid tale about Hillary is true, then the National Enquirer has finally exposed the bevy of skeletons in the Clinton family closet that should undoubtedly sideline her campaign in the final stretch before E******n Day. It also means that the manufactured outrage over the Trump Tapes looks like child’s play next to the mountain of sex controversies in which Bill and Hillary are involved. Just don’t expect CNN to cover any of it.

President Barack Obama and his administration are giving up control of the Internet to foreign interests for nothing even though the United States developed it, Republican p**********l candidate Donald Trump told a rally in Novi, Michigan on 30 September 2016.
The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) is used to coordinate internet domain names across the world.
“America losing control of the Internet to foreign interests,” Trump told a crowd he estimated at more than 20,000 in Novi, Michigan on Friday. “We come up with the Internet and they want to give it away.”
ICANN has been overseen by the US Department of Commerce, but the Obama administration has agreed to cede control of the entity to an independent global oversight committee starting today.
Trump accused the Obama administration of failing to protect US interests in the agreement.
“It’s not the job of our leaders to represent the global community. It’s the job of our leaders to represent American citizens… We invent the Internet and they just want to give it away. Someone is benefitting from that deal,” Trump said.
On Wednesday, four Republican state attorneys general filed a lawsuit to prevent the t***sfer of the Internet from ICANN to the new oversight body.

Newly declassified documents show how Clinton was aware of ‘final solution’ to eliminate Tutsi people in Rwanda. A flashback story from 1994 long forgotten and buried by the biased media, reveals how the Clintons are guilty of black people genocide in the small African country of Rwanda. The Clintons have long portrayed themselves as the champions of black people. The following story only adds more proof to already existing scandals about the Clintons and their r****m against black people, such as the theft of the black Haitian nation during the 2010 earthquake, Clinton Foundation watered down AIDS drugs donated in Africa which k**led thousands and many more.
President Bill Clinton’s administration knew Rwanda was being engulfed by genocide in April 1994 but buried the information to justify its inaction, according to classified documents made available for the first time.
Senior officials privately used the word genocide within 16 days of the start of the k*****gs, but chose not to do so publicly because the president had already decided not to intervene.
Intelligence reports obtained using the US Freedom of Information Act show the cabinet and almost certainly the president had been told of a planned “final solution to eliminate all Tutsis” before the slaughter reached its peak.
It took Hutu death squads three months from April 6 to murder an estimated 800,000 Tutsis and moderate Hutus and at each stage accurate, detailed reports were reaching Washington’s top policymakers.
The documents undermine claims by Mr Clinton and his senior officials that they did not fully appreciate the scale and speed of the k*****gs.
“It’s powerful proof that they knew,” said Alison des Forges, a Human Rights Watch researcher and authority on the genocide.
The National Security Archive, an independent non-governmental research institute based in Washington DC, went to court to obtain the material.
It discovered that the CIA’s national intelligence daily, a secret briefing circulated to Mr Clinton, the then vice-president, Al Gore, and hundreds of senior officials, included almost daily reports on Rwanda. One, dated April 23, said rebels would continue fighting to “stop the genocide, which … is spreading south”.
Three days later the state department’s intelligence briefing for former secretary of state Warren Christopher and other officials noted “genocide and partition” and reported declarations of a “final solution to eliminate all Tutsis”.
However, the administration did not publicly use the word genocide until May 25 and even then diluted its impact by saying “acts of genocide”.
Ms Des Forges said: “They feared this word would generate public opinion which would demand some sort of action and they didn’t want to act. It was a very pragmatic determination.”
The administration did not want to repeat the fiasco of US intervention in Somalia, where US troops became sucked into fighting. It also felt the US had no interests in Rwanda, a small central African country with no minerals or strategic value.
William Ferroggiaro, of the National Security Archive, said the system had worked. “Diplomats, intelligence agencies, defence and military officials – even aid workers – provided timely information up the chain,” he said.
“That the Clinton administration decided against intervention at any level was not for lack of knowledge of what was happening in Rwanda.”
Many analysts and historians fault Washington and other western capitals not just for failing to support the token force of overwhelmed UN peacekeepers but for failing to speak out more forcefully during the slaughter.
Some of the Hutu extremists orchestrating events might have heeded such warnings, they have suggested.
Mr Clinton has apologised for those failures but the declassified documents undermine his defence of ignorance. “The level of US intelligence is really amazing,” said Mr Ferroggiaro. “A vast array of information was available.”
On a visit to the Rwandan capital, Kigali, in 1998 Mr Clinton apologised for not acting quickly enough or immediately calling the crimes genocide.
In what was widely seen as an attempt to diminish his responsibility, he said: “It may seem strange to you here, especially the many of you who lost members of your family, but all over the world there were people like me sitting in offices, day after day after day, who did not fully appreciate the depth and speed with which you were being engulfed by this unimaginable terror.”
A spokesperson for the William Jefferson Clinton Foundation in New York said the allegations would be relayed to the former president.
Most Rwandans today if you ask them what’s their opinion of the Clintons, they would spit on the ground in front of you and start cussing them.
