I didn't say he was a competent combatant however he obviously ignored lawful orders and went for his gun. No one was "coming for his s**t" I learned as a kid when a cop gives you direction you do as they say and ask questions later, especially if they have a gun on you and are afraid you will shoot them. He had the same thing happen to him as happens to all too many young black men in urban settings, he acted aggressively and stupidly towards the police and it cost him his life. And keep in mind a protester becomes a terrorist when they bring a gun to the protest and even begin to imply they will use it.

He never brought a gun i***t. This was an ambush and cold blooded murder. Lavoy was a hero not a terrorist and law enforcement broke several laws. When he asked to see the sheriff they were to take him there. They were not dressed in police garb and would not identify themselves. This is a waste of time you are a i***t.

I am reading Lavoy Finicum's novel right now; 'Only By Blood and Suffering, Regaining Lost Freedom'
An awesome read any patriot would cherish. I strongly suggest buying one and sharing it.

A blacked out "trial" of the other ranchers is going on right now in Oregon.

On Tuesday, January 26, 2016, author LaVoy Finicum was k**led by federal and/or state "authorities" after a three week occupation of the Malheur Wildlife Reserve in Burn, OR. Details of the shooting are in dispute and full details have not been released by the FBI or state officials. Eye-witnesses insist that LaVoy was murdered. His family is devastated at the loss of their beloved father, grandfather and husband. As publisher, we here at Legends Library have decided to donate 100% of the proceeds from the sale of LaVoy's book to the support of his wife and family. Story overview, tells of one family's struggle to come together and survive in the midst of national crisis. A stirring, fast-paced novel about what matters most in the face of devastating end-times chaos. Filled with gripping action and relatable characters, readers are drawn into the heart-rending dilemmas each member of the Bonham family faces. You may even find yourself stopping to ask, "What would I have done in that situation?" LaVoy Finicum is a real life Northern Arizona Rancher who loves nothing more in life than God, freedom, and family. His spine tingling storytelling conveys in graphic detail just how fragile and precious freedom truly is and leaves his readers with an increased desire to stand for freedom wherever possible. Reader Comments: "From the opening scene I was captured, I could scarcely put the book down until I had devoured the whole thing" (Reader) "A book you do not want to read, but must..." Cliven Bundy "Last Rancher Standing" written by Shawna Cox. Read the other reviews below, but beware that trolls have been hoovering around ever since LaVoy became a public figure in early Jan 2016.

Finicum was a terrorist warrior for a warped cause. When you suggest he was murdered you rob from him and his memory the legacy he desired. He claimed over and over he would not be taken alive, refused to surrender to peace officers instead ignoring their orders and drawing his weapon. Do you think you are serving his memory best by portraying him as some poor schmuck murdered by the cops when he was really what he wanted to be most a warrior for his cause who went down decks awash and guns blazing.

"Finicum was a terrorist warrior for a warped cause."
Well that gives you the perspective of any empty headed liberal.

"He claimed over and over he would not be taken alive" Not true

"refused to surrender to peace officers instead ignoring their orders and drawing his weapon." Not true

"a warrior for his cause who went down decks awash and guns blazing" Not true

BTW; there were many videos of what actually happened. The videos have all been removed from You Tube.
