As a sitting judge and at the request of major I have declared the fish off to be full of holes for both contestantants and nothing more than r****d..
Accordingly armies worm wins for attracting the larger fish, a cut above the rest..
Major defaults by command trying to raise the prize using slippery means ....

A new contest is ordered, defining location of the lake, river or Creek, rather than over a fish hatchery....

. BTW, I gave my Commander and the Sgt. Major a case of their preferred top shelf hooch every year at Christmas and kept a liberal supply of beer for the Gunny's exclusive consumption. Complaints rarely reached my ears.
