Little Lane was not eaten by an alligator. His body was found intact in 6 feet of water. When something is too big for a gator to swallow whole, it will drown its victim then stash it until it begins to decompose then feed off of it.

Absolutely Disney bears responsibility. There should have been alligator warning signs posted. I can't imagine they would fight the family if they decide to sue. I'm sure they've heard from 50 lawyers ready to take their case on contingency. Disney will settle and pay up.

Do you feel Disney World should assume any responsibility or liability for the death of the little boy who was eaten by an alligator at their theme park?

That's right, they do a death roll to make sure what they eat is dead.

I've not read a lot about it hence don't know all the facts, but......if Disney had no warnings and no protections against alligators, Disney is legally responsible, without question in my view. I feel additionally that the parents are responsible to a large degree. Two year olds should be watched closely, particularly in public places. Had the child been mine, it would not have been alone close to water such as this one was.

None of mine would have been either. I wish they'd start making gator bags ,gator shoes and gator sausage again.

Oh yeah! That's one that should hurt. It's difficult, but not impossible, to keep gators out, and no should have to tell them, that should be a priority in a theme resort bulging with kids!

Beware of Gator signs are meaningless...they don't count for s**t.

Is it possible environmental regulations limited what Disney was allowed to do?
