Of course? You don't know one stinking thing about me. I've only been here a week...

Yet she is able to consent about her gender...go figure.
I am not surprised that you cannot bring yourself to address the actual point of the post and would revert to your sick obsessions.
This girl was sexually assaulted. The people in her community want to dismiss the crimes from their minds.
Just like you they want to blame the incident on the female despite her being too young to consent.

I didn't place blame anywhere. I just see that the irony of what I mentioned was lost on you also.

Maybe, just maybe, it wasn't ironic after all.

It wasn't lost, it was just too stupid to acknowledge.
She is not transgender, the males who assaulted her are not transgender.
You don't mention blame, and yet... you bring up HER location.
You continue to be obsessed with others' sexual acts.

Another term WMD needs to look up.

Did I say that anyone was transgender. Read closely so you can get it through your thick skull...the irony is that at 15, she is allegedly not able to give her approval for consensual sex but she has the alleged right to claim any gender she wishes, in many instances without her parent's consent.

Just because a child or teen knows what gender they are doesn't mean they are emotionally mature enough to consent to sex. I knew what gender I was well before I was ready and capable of consenting to sex.

But they're emotionally mature enough to decide their own gender? That's a REAL stretch.

How old were you when you discovered you were whatever sex you are?

When I realized I had a penis, I asked my mother what it was, and she told me along with the fact that boys have penises.

You implied the gender issue with your statement
"Yet she is able to consent about her gender...go figure."
If you're 20 and not a liberal, you have no heart. If you're 40 and not a conservative, you have no brain.
Your irony, remember?
Why would you insert that into a discussion about sexual assault unless you thought it was relevant?
And it isn't ALLEGEDLY not able to give her approval, it is Florida law.
Did you need parental assent to determine which sex you align with when you were 15? 10? 05?

LOL, you are so full of silliness.
When you realized you had a penis? Children discover their sex organs long before having the language to ask what a body part is.

Buy you books and buy you books and all you do is chew on the covers. This is NOT an insult...either you're willfully ignorant or are REALLY stupid.
The redundancy of your attempts to insult are way too boring... B'Bye.

What do you not understand about the law? I know you think that the fairy tale of a Bible is the law, that is erroneous.
Florida law says that a 15 year old is too young to consent to sex.
It is silent on gender identification which is NOT a choice and is not a result of being sexually abused.
