What a bunch of dopes. Their moms must be really proud. I suppose they could be wishing that THEY had abortions.

http://www.pbs.org/newshour/rundown/oklahoma-lawmakers-pass-bill-to-make-performing-an-abortion-a-felony/

Republican Sen. Nathan Dahm, R-Broken Arrow, who co-authored the bill, said that state government is responsible for protecting life in the state. “Since I believe life begins at conception, it should be protected, and I believe it’s a core function of state government to defend that life from the beginning of conception,” Dahm said.

Critics of the bill have called it unconstitutional and a violation of the 1973 Roe v. Wade Supreme Court decision, that legalized abortion in the country. Sen. Ervin Yen, a Republican and the Oklahoma state Senate’s only physician, said the bill was “insane.”

It seems that Senator Dahm wants to actually BE IN THE BEDROOM as he claims it is the state's core function to be there for the beginning of conception.
Does that mean an agent in the state in attendance for every heterosexual exchange of fluids?
What about rapists are they committing a second felony by not notifying the state about possible insemination?

Is that other law about non-licensed personnel not performing abortions to prevent women from using OTC products to abort?

You either don't know what you're talking about or you're purposely deceiving (nice way to say lying).

Nowhere does it say that being a physician is a felony.

If a car salesman takes someone on a test ride and throws them out of the car and runs over them, he won't be charged with 'felony car sales'.

That you can't understand that simply shows that you should go back to hiding under the porch.

I understand what you are saying.

You're lying because you have no honest argument.

Or an even more scary scenario. Will Oklahoma physicians have to report every new pregnancy to the state? This is so ridiculous and it is unconstitutional,

Read the link you posted, dipstick.

Being a physician is not a crime under this law.

You lied in the title of your thread.

At least man up and admit it. Good grief.

I am not sure what he thinks there is to argue about, it is a news story about yet another way to keep women and families using their constitutional rights.

It is not a lie, it is a hook.
And for physicians who focus on performing abortions it is indeed making their practice a felony.
You do acknowledge, I am sure, that several docs who perform this procedure do it full time because sickos have so many in fear that some docs will not do that part of the profession even when they believe in it.
So yes, even though anyone with a brain would know I was attracting attention to the thread, it is true for many.

Now go back under your rock.

There is no constitutional right to kill your child.

I guess that sounds unreasonable to you. But facts are facts.

The facts are that your side keeps losing.
Don't want your partner to have an abortion, don't get her pregnant.
Otherwise, live with the fact that your potential as a parent was found wanting.
