you must eat at least a half dozen mountain oysters
I recommend you visit a ranch while the are castrating the calves into steers.
they will roast them over an open fire for you
cmon Poppa --be a real Texan
Thank you BB but I prefer my oysters in the shell from the ocean.

I like frog legs and crawdads, but if I want something tasting like chicken I will call the Colonel.

liver and onions
smells wonderful
tastes like offal
I disagree. I love liver, and onions. My mother in law makes it for me sometimes since her daughter won't allow that organ in the house.

I have to smell it about once a year
one of the times my son visits
he also very much likes that vile organ
and my wife loves it

How can anyone eat that? It filters toxins and other impurities from the body. Ick!

Bless your heart!
I was at my cousin's in Belen NM. once once sitting on the patio when the neighbor came through with a foil covered platter that smelled amazing. My cousins are 1/2 Mexican, mind you.
Anyway...after I finished my conversation, I went in, and those people had forks, and c*****rs, and were picking meat off of a sheep's head!  I went back outside where the beer cooler was!
