this is only partly true there are many well educated b****s but when you have the h**ers like Jackson,Sharpton, Wright, Lee, Rangel, Waters and many others that make more noise than the educated ones and these are who the kids listen to

Dear Sir: Up front costs are always excessive. But, they will be mitigated by children in foster care getting a good education and decent rearing. Perhaps, college. The tax payer will benefit by rolling those children into productive role models.
