Obstruction to maintain the integrity of the Constitution is a duty of Conservatives. If you guys can get over the v. high bar, you can change or even abolish the Constitution. Or you can do what you're always attempting: declare the Constitution as 'living, breathing' and mendaciously have jurists and presidents define it any way they want...
