His convoluted logic goes as this, A lame duck president should not be afforded his constitutional right to choose a nominee for a departed supreme court justice because hes a lame duck- so it stands to follow that he only has that right,one : if he's assured of a second term,two : only during the first two years does he have a right to choose a supreme court nominee,??????? does it say that in the constitution

I don't know about that the democrats have a history of realizing and respecting and not being vindictive about the two party system,and comprimise,and negotiation,Al Gore,when lost,during the h*****g chad situation,GW WON,He should.be given respect as doing so.Reagan democrats,I never seen it where the lit-tle republican party conducted it self in a BIG manner.
